God, those Cole comparisons may be more accurate than I thought.

I love this kid as a player. I'm praying, literally, that it isn't anything serious.

Get well soon, Maxwell.

Bruin's fan here. I hope that everything goes well for Max and that it turns out to not be too serious. We have seen this too often here and I don't like seeing it happen to our biggest rivals either. I am happy to hear that he has full mobility of his limbs. Get well soon, and we'll see you in the trenches

All my thoughs are with Max. I can't believe they are currently playing the third period...

I'm watching the game for Pacioretty update, that's it.

Hope it's not as bad as it looked like... Prayers are with Max.

Hoping Max is ok.

It's a concussion that's for sure.

Judging from the hit, it can take months before we see him back. I am pretty sure though, he will not be the same.

This league is disgusting.

Chara better get a suspention. It's the perfect occasion for Bettman to set an example. Head hits are a plague, in the NHL. Zdeno lost all the respect I ever had for him. He doesn't even deserve to wear number 33.

Let's try to avoid using the name Chara in this thread, please!

I lost interest in this game after that. Just can't get excited about two points when the kid nearly died.

My opinion Chara knew what he was doing.

Get well Max.

His family must be worried like mad mad mad right now. I don't feel like watching hockey right now and that's something big for a fan of the game like myself.

sickening. Speedy recovery! At least it happened in a situation that he won't always encounter and might not psychologically hamper him when he comes back and plays his game again. Not like a hit In the corners or a blindside or gettig nailed in the slot.

I'm not one to guess whether or not Chara meant to do what he did. Instead, please let me add my voice to the many wishing Max a speedy recovery...

Bruin's fan here...I hope Max will be fine.

I heard the news that he is awake and moving all limbs...good news.

Sorry for any idiots that were cheering the hit. I think you will find 99 % of "us" hated to see that hit . We have seen it with Bergy and Savvy and it is frightening.

This is exactly what pissed me off the most....knowing how you guys had to live with it and some were laughing and enjoying it? Couldn't believe it.
