Talked to someone from Lewiston today. Apparently next season will be his overage year, so he would still be playing there.

My mistake. I thought this was his OA year. Will ask the question again next year at this time.

Answer at that time will likely be: Defending national champion UNB.

University of Windsor recruits
Busy off-season for the Windsor Lancers. Facing a number of grads and a disappointing playoff exit to Western, they have been very busy on the recruiting front thus far.
Commits include:
Goaltender Parker Van Buskirk (OHL Kitchener Rangers, ECHL Utah Grizzlies)
Goaltender Dan Savelli (OJHL Oakville Blades)
Forward Barry Sanderson (OHL Saginaw Spirit)
Forward Isak Quakenbush (WHL Seattle Thunderbirds)
Forward Ryan Green (NAHL Michigan Warriors, BCHL Powell River Kings)
Forward DJ Turner (GOJHL LaSalle Vipers)
Forward Drew Palmer (GOJHL LaSalle Vipers)
Forward Spencer Pommels (AJHL St. Albert Steel)

Let the CIS equivalent of the silly season begin now that the Memorial Cup has a new home in Maritimes.

Yeah, things should start moving a little faster now.
We added
Samuel Groulx formerly of the Victoriaville Tigers, on condition that he doesn't get an AHL contract.

More news out of Windsor.
The Windsor Lancers announced the signing of Windsor Spitfires forward Derek Lanoue and defenseman Michael MacIntyre.
Lanoue is the two-time OHL Roger Neilson Academic Player of the Year.

Not sure if this was reported but I don't see it in the thread. McGill have added Vancouver Giants goaltender Mark Segal.

He would have been helpful in Trois-Rivières.

Why would STU want a skilled, experienced WHL grad?
