It was either his wrist or his left leg. But it didn't look that bad, so i think he just sprained it and didn't want to risk hurting it anymore.

Datsyuk's line sucked again tonight. Spent the majority of their shifts at the wrong end of the ice.

Great game by Joey.

Babcock's gotta understand that Holmstrom is dragging that line down

Some news.

“I just take a hit – lower-body injury,'' Datsyuk said. “I'm hoping (to play Saturday in Nashville), but now it's after the game. In a couple of days we'll see. Tomorrow we'll make a decision. See how it feels in the morning.''

"See if the swelling goes down tomorrow,'' Rafalski said. "Can't let it get stiffed up. At first the pain was (bad) and then it started going away after a few seconds.''

Great game by MacDonald!!! Impressed with our 4th line once again.

Went to the Wings viewing party at Motor City, as always had a lot of fun. Went to the casino after and won money. Wings win and money won = AMAZING NIGHT!

Honestly, I thought he was the best player on that line tonight. Which isn't saying a whole lot, but...

This was an ugly win. JoeyMac earned that shutout.

Barely one pass connected, everyone was out of sync, miscommunication, brain farts, dumbassery, idiocy.... all of it.

Ericsson had better start going to night school. Kindl will want to forget this game.

The only bright spots were Joey and Helm's line.

Sorry to the guys who didn't get a proper stream. That's the only one I could find before the game started.
I found a very good stream yesterday, I have never seen that link here. I can PM it to you.

very nice to win back to back games.

CBJ were better in the defensive zone in 2nd and 3rd. as in earlier games, CBJ's weak PP again was a big problem for them.

D should still be better. also too many penalties. but they may have been tired from previous game.

it looked like he was barely hit, but may have hurt his wrist.
I can't believe he got injured on that play. It looked much worse for Nash, but ...

Their PP was pathetic and they have such a inefficient style of play. Deep down inside I was hoping Columbus would score so that Detroit could get some **** going.

I hope Datsyuk and Rafalski were rested as a precaution and it isn't too bad. Babcock was furious after Rafi went down. He was close to breaking sticks on the bench.
I did not get why Babcock got so upset there. Was it because Ericsson got 2 min?
I do not think that guy hurt Rafalski on purpose or anything.

Babs got his 300th win with the Wings here. TSN says he's the 3rd NHL coach to win 300 games with a team over six seasons, joining Montreal's Scotty Bowman (321) and Edmonton's Glen Sather (307). Way to go Babs!!

Apparently he doesn't have one of those.

I heard my boy Kindl played great and saved what would have likely been a goal if Rick Nash was allowed to charge past him.

Good penalty taken?

GO KINDL. KINDL SURPRISE FTW
