Fun fact of the day: Ryan Smyth gets paid $67,073.17 per game.
Did we play today? I don't remember...

Looked like a concussion after a KO or TKO in a scrap
Thanks, those can be pretty tough. Probably our toughest non goon Theo Peckham got the same when he fought Nathan Horton and he's been out awhile. It happens, here's to hoping for a speedy recovery for the kid, the way he fights is fearless, sometimes when you do that you get caught. I've yet to see him in a boring fight, one hell of a tough kid that #13

I was impressed with Greene waiving to the fans in an apologetic manner right after the game. They were getting boo'd and he stood up and acknowleged our disapointment.
Best thing that could have happened for the Kings ... show them it's not easy ... can NEVER take a night off ... gotta play EVERY game ... I expect a nice run of victories after this to storm into the Playoffs on a BIG HIGH ! yep ... that's the ticket ... cloud ... silver linning ... ya know ... yep
END of GAME
KINGS Lose (71 gp = 40-26-5 = 85 pts)
3rd Pacific / 5th West / 11th NHL
That was worse than the Islanders debacle. I didn't think it could get any worse than that game, but they proved us wrong tonight.
Oh, and say good bye to the division title after that bed ****ing and the Sharks winning.
Here is your post, didn't get to it before the thread closed,
Are you a goalie? I'm going to assume no. Well, I've been a goalie for 11 years now. That is an easy shot to stop. Yeah yeah yeah the puck was fluttering. It's called get your ****ing chest directly in front of the puck and it doesn't go in.
And if you are a goalie and think that's hard to stop, I'll give you lessons.
Yes, I was a goalie for 25+ years until I had 2 knee surgeries, and like I've said, I've seen too many pucks dip, curve, and bounce to label that as a soft goal, it was a fluke goal, simple as that, #2 and #4 were soft and even then it seemed like the puck had eyes.

I like the shot mentality, but when in a clear cut noone even in the offensive zone breakaway, dont take the shot from in line with the top of the circles. I had a better snipe than that in my game on Wednesday, i struggle to get the puck in the general vacinity of the net
everyone in attendance should be able to mail in the ticket stubs and get a full refund after that effort. worse game of the season? it's up there with some other duds.
