Yeah, that's pretty unlikely to happen, as good as it would be to see.

I believe a rematch for the title is in the clause. Then again, I don't know for sure and am just basing this off of WWE.

No he's not. Unless it's part of the contract which it wasn't, and why Pascal kept asking for it. But it won't happen. It's equally as clear to me as to Hopkins as far as who's better as we speak. Hopkins will move on to Dawson now.

I don't think there is a rematch clause because it was the second fight, and it was ordered by the WBC

There won't be a rematch.

If I'm not mistaken there was a deal in place that Dawson would fight the winner of the Hopkins-Pascal fight. I expect Dawson to win that fight by UD.

I'm not a big fan, but curious, how much did Pascal and Hopkins make on this fight?

I don't understand how, as a champ, you don't put in a rematch clause... thats just brainless to me.

For me its all about guts, and Pascal as showed AGAIN he doesnt have it, he simply was intimidated by the Executioner, if he would only hit even if Hopkins would have to block it at least 1. It influences the judges, 2. Its doesnt let Hopkins impose his style, 3. It allows you to push him back and create oppurtunities.

For me (my feeling during the match) and for ramsey (his comments between the rounds) i think it was obvious, just work! (but Pascal wouldnt attempt, when he did it worked) After 3 consecutives similar matches where he starts well and fall as sleep after round 3,4 or 5... you can see in his eyes... for some unexplained reason he cant maintain the tempo... but gotta give huge props to Hopkins he sure did put Pascal in his little pocket... he played him like he was fighting a 7 year old.. pushups in his face, gave him the belt and pascal was acting like hopkins was really offering it to him.. so pathetic (one day pascal will realise he was just mocking him in his own hometown) but after that it was just business complete.. the Professor came in for the intervirw and the his job was complete and what a inspired and honest post fight interview i hope pascal will take notes.

No he shouldn't, he just survived 12 rounds with a legend. Your expectations were off. After all, Hopkins clearly won the first fight in my mind too.

It's not unexplained, it's his conditioning. Pascal always looks tired and sluggish after 4-5 rounds. He saves up his energy for the whole round and then goes in a flurry trying to win the round. He's just unable to keep boxing for a whole round (or even half a round) after 4-5 rounds.

how can a guy muscled and ripped like Pascal cannot have cardio?

Does he have the heart to push himself through 12 rounds instead?

I just dont get it...what the hell does his trainer do with him? Bench presses for the whole training camp?

Then fire his trainer and hire someone that knows what is cardio.

At the same time he cannot have a low body fat percentage if he doesnt do cardio...

You don't need cardio to have a low fat percentage ..if you are ripped and have a lot of muscles, those same muscles need a lot of calories to maintain so you will be burning almost everything you eat when you are just sitting down, going to sleep, etc ...

Cardio does help but if you do 20-30 minutes, you won't burn more than 300-400 calories, not that much compared to weigh lifting effects.

But the thing is you will look ripped but don't have endurance for **** ..can't run more than 10 minutes ..etc ..

I know a guy like that, he looks super fit but if you play sports with him, he can't move after 10 minutes.

One of the best exemple would be Mariusz Pudzianowski in MMA. The guy is ripped and strong as hell but has zero cardio and gass under 2 minutes. That was proven against last night.
