Pascal has no tecnique, no stamina, no jab. Only throws looping shots. Does nothing for long periods of time. He might be better off hanging up his gloves. There is just too much wrong with this guy. His trainers must be equally horrible.

There's many "kind" of endurance. I have no cardio too. But my anaerobic capacity is through the roof. Even someone with a great cardio couldn't keep my pace for the first 5 minutes of something that requires power. Well, this is a "way" that we're "fit". It's just another energy system that we're good at.

Aside from this last fight, Pascal on the maincard doesnt sell tickets at all. I don't know what you're basing this stat on.

This. Bute sells more tickets than Pascal even when he's fighting jambon. As for yesterday's crowd, many came to see B-Hop.

By eating less calories than your maintenance.

Lack of stamina is because of training. The guy has to be fit if he's even boxing at this level, but you look at things such as having to make weight and such, it had to be within his conditioning. I don't know what Pascal walks around at, but I'd look at what he has to do to get down to weight.

On another note, it's good to see that Pascal has been staying at home for fights, and not running out to Vegas or AC and probably taking bigger paydays.

Pascal is extremely muscular, the problem with that is more muscles = more oxygen needed.

He's gonna have to do two things : cardio training (long term cardio) or lose some of the muscularity.

Boxers don't need to look like bodybuilders.

The hype and genuine hate they both have for each other helped alot, aswell as a promosing co-main event in the Dawson vs Diaconu fight.

Who said anything about sitting on the couch?

You can burn calories by lifting heavy weights. Or just weights in general.

I should have put money on this fight because I was pretty sure Hopkins would win.

Hopkins won the first fight in which Pascal ran out of gas as well. There was little reason why fight #2 was gonna be different: Pascal wasn't gonna suddenly gain more stamina for this fight (I saw Pascal fight for the first time a few years ago and back then one of his major weaknesses was stamina) and old dog Hopkins knew what Pascal was all about with fight #1.

When u have a lot of muscles, your body uses a lot of calories to maintain the muscles. Also your metabolism is faster..thats one way u burn calories by just sitting down.
