Season Ticket Skating Party Cancelled

Just got a phone call saying sundays event is cancelled!

Damn I was pretty pumped - said it's being rescheduled to be in central park in a few weeks.

You gotta be kidding me, they can't cancel 2 days before...we already made plans, bought train tickets, and made dinner reservations. I'm going to complain big time

Yeah I'm not going to believe anything until I hear it straight from the Rangers. Maybe there wasn't enough spots for everyone on Sunday, but I have my tickets all printed and ready

Just got the call. It is indeed cancelled.

I am on hold with my rep ready to complain and scream my head off if necessary. Not even a valid excuse was given for this cancellation.

Everyone who was planning on going please complain to someone and let management know we are NOT happy. After all, this is arguable our only decent "perk" as to being a ticket holder.

There's no way this flies, if they reschedule to another date at the Garden fine, I'll deal with it. If they make it in Central Park they can take my season tickets and shove them up their a$$ next year

This is completely unacceptable. Please call your rep and complain, just like I am doing.

This team can only get away with so much, and this may be last straw for me.

They didn't bother calling me, I just got an email. So called my rep right away. He claimed that they did not tell the team why the event was cancelled. Umm, "THEY" own your team. WTF, this stinks, what's the point of losing money on season tickets, I might as well just buy games on stubhub or wait outside the garden last minute for 50% off

********, they know why it was cancelled, its too much money for them to run for free. They would rather rent out the garden to some company who will pay for it that night.

A good owner wouldn't allow this. It starts at the very top.

Has anyone been able to get an explanation as to why it was cancelled? And furthermore, are there really no available dates at the Garden for a makeup?

He probably isnt even aware its cancelled, or aware of the event itself for that matter.

What a joke, im not even a sth and im pissed. I know what events like this mean to a lot of people, and I know what you have to do in advance to get to them. Its flat out rude, especially when theres no decent explanation given. You don't treat your paying customers, the loyal "brotherhood" or "united" or whatever bull **** you wanna call it like this.

The amount you guys pay for season tickets they should let you ride the elephant around MSG when the circus is in town.

The best way to voice your displeasure? Don't renew. I know, easier said then done but other than taking money away from them how else can you hurt them?
