I went to one this year.

Opening game for the Habs in Ottawa, saw them got whooped 5-2 . But Hainsey scored a pretty sweet goal so it wasn't so bad.

We almot got the crap beat out of us whenver the Habs scored a goal...it was funny.

My total= 53 including preseason and postseason. No wonder I am sleeping so well at night. It was well worth it though.

If punching every light post I pass on the way is considered excited...

This would sum it up:

no surprise of course, that it was columbus's first win in 11 games. Just bad all around. Although watching Nash and zherdev light it up wasnt so bad

Alas, I'm one of the tens of thousands who've been priced out of NHL hockey games.

Saw one game this year, won tickets to the Oilers/Canucks.

Hope it wasn't the 6-2 loss.

Dude, I average one game every five years. Living 5 driving hours away from Vancouver does not make seeing a game an easy task. Sionce Vancouver is a heavy hockey town, I have to plan months in advance to what game I want to see that doesnt interfere with school. Then I have to book a damn hotel and I need to save up for food, gas, leisure, ect. For me it costs more to go to Vancouver than it does to get into GM Place! I envy those Kamloops people, they are so close to Vancouver that its only a day trip for them!

ya

I live in kelowna, bc and its a 4 hour drive to Vancouver.

I went to one game this season
Canucks 4 Blue Jackets 5

It was cool even though they lost the game. This was my first game in 8 years. I would love to go to a Sabres game one day and I plan to go to more canuck games in the future. It's a good thing I didn't go to the Buffalo Van game which canucks won 6-1, because I was going to.

Zero NHL games, 1 college. Wings have gotten too expenisve to bother with anymore, I watched a lot on TV though.

Last Wings I went to was 2-3 seasons ago against Nashville.

Zebeebs do you mean you saw that game another year because,
The Oilers never beat the sabres 5-2 last season? Not that it matters but...

The Oilers won 4-1 in there only meeting this year. I only remember this because my Dad reminds me all the time as He is a long time Oiler fan. Maybe you just forgot the score or it was another season.

I saw maybe 8 games this season, thanks to the Student Rush Program. $20 B-Level tickets.

I live in Jasper, AB which is a 4 hr drive west from Edmonton and 5 hrs north west from Calgary. Still managed to trek to each city twice for a total of 4 games.

Saw the Flames beat the Sens 4-2 at the Saddledome in March and saw the 4-5 OT playoff loss to the Canucks in game 6 of the first round.

Saw the Oilers beat Calgary 2-1 in mid Nov at Rexhall place and the following weekend, on Nov 22nd, I scored last minute tickets to the Heritage Classic. Great day even though it was -25C weather.

All in all a good year for me as I only average 1 or 2 a year.

2.

Both games were Boston/Toronto in the ACC. The tickets sell like hotcakes there and it costs a fortune just for me and friend to go see the game. I like to make all three games they play against Boston, but the wallet didn't support that motion in the least.

Next year, I think I'll go to three games at the HSBC Arena in Buffalo to see Boston play becuase even with the currency conversion its still cheaper than Toronto.

15 Bruins home games (13 regular season and 2 playoffs)
2 Sabres home games
1 Flyers home game
1 Devils home game
1 Isles home game

so 20 NHL games, plus 1 AHL game and probably another 30 NCAA games

Only one - Feb 15 at CAA. Devs beat Kings 3-2 in overtime on Paul Martin's goal right off the faceoff.

Tix are way too expensive; only reason I was able to go was because of the 1/2 price seats from my phone bill (thanks Verizon).

Also can't afford to spend the $20/mo to watch them on Fox Sports NY, but I did listen to all of the games on the radio or on the web. My wife thinks I'm nuts...

Funny detail left out of this story: I gave him the ticket.. it was a section 100 ticket worth over 170$. Thinking back to it, I'm not exactly sure as to why I did it since the gift wasn't even appreciated..

I went to 11 regular season games.
Some of them were more memorable than others, like:
Oct. 9th- Van Vs Cal-- First game of the season
Oct. 22nd- Van Vs Stl-- First Meeting btw the two since the playoffs and the game where Bert hit Jackman
Nov 18th- Van Vs Mont. -- Bert skates in O.T. looks like he is just killing time and makes a nice pass to Ohlund for the O.T. winner.
Dec. 11th Van Vs. Col -- First Meeting of the year and what a game.
Feb 24th- Van Vs. Det -- D. Sedin beats Detroit by himself with his 4 goal performance.

And then i went to 1 playoff game, though we lost, i still had a wicked time. Can't wait till next year...Whenever that is!

26 at MSG
2 at AAC Dallas
2 PS at Fleet Center

It doesn't matter how many games you attend as long as you support your team.
