Give P.K. a couple of more years and he might be first.

They got a worse ambush than what the Rangers did to the Habs.

I was at work so I missed all of the game.
I was pretty sure this would be a horrible boring game where Habs would win by the edge.

At work I checked the score it was 3-0.. I'm like NICE START!!!
I check back again a few minutes later.. 7-0.. and I see three goals for PK. I was like, this has gotta be a joke..

Man.. that's awesome to finally blow out a team!!

Not that I want to douse your celebrations, but we did other blowouts this year. I remember specially the 7-1 game against Ottawa: I watched it from Sosua Bay, in DR.

Very true. Sorry about that.

Let me rephrase that. It feels good to get more blow outs this year.

this is a good article and pretty funny game summary for those who can read french. apparently Carey threw his tuque (with the rest of the crowd) on the ice when PK scored his 3rd goal

Canadiens Express is on RDS right now. It's at the end of the 1st period mark (2-0 Habs).

We have a pretty dangerous backend. Great to get scoring from Wiz and Sooby with Pleks out. Pretty sweet.

I think Subban's goal against the Rangers trumps the hat-trick though. That was a beauty. A lot of patience. He keeps improving.

Wish Subban could have saved that hat-trick for the Bruins though. That would be awesome, since Horton and Marchand seem to have a hate on for him. And it would be especially nice to do that in their building.

A Wild fan said a Habs supporter paid him a beer for being a good sport after taking so much abuse.

It's funny cause I've always thought a Pronger style D would be way better with PK than say a Markov.

Would give PK a lot more risk taking potential

One more thing I like about Subban:

From the Journal de Montreal:

Roughly translated ('cause, you know, the original quote was probably in English, but I can't put my hand on it)

They played a match the day before, and they were probably a bit tired. But right now, we gotta keep our focus, because we're gonna have a big game against the Sabres on Tuesday.

The kid doesn't want to overly celebrate. He thinks of the next game, knowing it's not gonna be as easy.

I love his attitude!

Think people have to give some props to the organization too. Seems like he has matured a lot within the past few months. Gotta feeling the team told him, we don't mind if you celebrate on the ice.. just be modest off the ice.

I love the fact that we have PK Subban and he is enjoying his NHL career and he celebrates goals and he gets under the skin of the establishment and is a great player in the meantime. He is a breath of fresh air, keep it up PK, one day you will hoist the Stanley cup as a Hab and what will they say then?

Man if I had access to youtube at work I'd be linking Rick Astley

PK is a gem, I still don't get why he was drafted so far.

It just goes to prove that the Draft is really a game of luck at times.

What a performance by PK... Always impressive to see a D (rookie or not) put those types of number on the board.

As nice of a win it is to have I hope the boys put it out of their minds just like they would a loss. The Habs were good but Minnesota was pretty lousy too. Things are just not going to be that easy the rest of the week.

When I was younger we had a pretty sweet team; so one day as a joke our coach decides to bring a box of hats to the game against the "goon" team who HATED us. we got a bench minor for throwing like 50 hats on the ice after a trick.
