He's already in NA so he could go. This is a weak draft year so a lot of teams will be taking chances in the late rounds. I've never seen him play, but I also haven't heard really anything about him. Maybe Atlanta or Washington will take him.

I am from Shawinigan and I saw him play a lot of games and the kid impressed me a lot. He is only 17 yo coming from another country .. he had 23 goals playing on 3rd line and 2nd unit PP. His wrist shot/One Timer are NHL caliber , no question about that. So far he scored in all 3 games for Shawinigan in the PO. No doubt he is getting drafted in the top 3 rnd this year. To me, he looks like A.Semin.

i was shocked he wasn't rank at all by CSS in the preliminary & mid term list. i had him 10th overall in my Q prospect ranking. I think he's going to get pick in the 5th-6th round. i would be shocked if he goes top 3 round. scouting community don't seems to be too high on Zlobin

Like the poster above me said, he's got an nhl shot. His skating, conditionning and defensive play need to be upgrade thought.

Wouldn't mind at all if the Habs took him with their early 3rd. Seemed to have good chemistry with Bournival.

apparently he's ranked #116 for North American skaters only by NHL.com , but i imagine he might go higher now, i would guess in the 3rd round likely, or 4th round lowest.

How does Shawinigan repay the player who scored the two biggest goals in possibly team history? They trade him to Val-d'Or.

I hope Zlobin reports, he is a player I've enjoyed watching in Shawinigan.

I saw him play twice and his equipment makes him look 5'10'' and 200lbs.

Also that he was older and not belonging to a NHL team thought might sign before the window they have closed.
