Bissonnette switched to a x60

Vrbata I think is using a s19 now.

But what exactly is diffrent about a "Combat" stick?

They're made by a factory that makes a lot of pro stock sticks. Pretty good quality from what I guess, but they're so expensive and rare locally (and not available intermediate around here) that I've never tried them.

Combat was formerly known as Ballistic. The stick is made by TT, the OEM for CCM's high-end sticks and the pro Reebok 10K/11K.

High quality materials, low kickpoint... TT makes a good stick.

Based out of Ottawa. They're all over the place here as a lot of guys have a tie into getting them for cheap. I get em at about 70% off.

Good sticks with non-established name.

Nothing like pulling up an old thread but has anyone else noticed that Brown has used a Bauer stick the last two games and an S19 the game before that? Any news on this?

Maybe he's experimenting since his shots tend to be 8 feet wide...

Haha, I just though it was weird that the poster boy for Combat is not using one of their sticks right now.
