Its almost comical when the goaltending actually doesn't let in a soft goal which is pretty damn rare in itself, the team decides to take the day off. There just is no defending this team. The penguins are just as good if not better than us without their top 2 guys. PATHETIC!! and sad.

the flyers looked flat the whole game. every good offensive shift consisted of the them cycling the puck and not getting anyone in the front of the net. game should have been a blow out, thank bob for showing a little effort tonight.

After Nodl played a great game against the Caps he came out and sucked complete **** tonight. Also look on the bright side there's no shootouts in the playoffs!

That was depressing to watch. So bad in fact I'm off to watch the Rebecca Black video and yell 'back seat b***h' just to feel alive. Any worse and it would be Celine doing you shook me all night long. My laptop would not survive

Great. So we'll play like we did tonight and teams will finish us off in regulation.

Flyers didn't even deserve the one point they got.

For those who are going to complain about the shootout, maybe if the Flyers showed up for the 3rd period, there wouldn't have been an overtime to also not show up for.

so shy of that fluky goal that basicly floated over Fluery's shoulder we had NO offense..

/UGH..

thats a bad sign...

just not seeing a stanley cup champion in the making here.. just not..

if we faced Vancouver tomorow for teh SCF we wouldnt even see game 5.

That Bob kid you got between the pipes is good. The playoffs will test him, though.

I hate shootouts.

They looked gassed as a team more than anything else. They get worse as the game goes on. Meszaros may be our best defensemen over the last little while, and he didn't play games in May and June last year.

That's seven straight games decided by a goal. Though that can be utilized as a strength, it also can be mentally and physically draining in a compact schedule.

So...

flipping through the tv schedule I see here that the next scheduled Flyers game is saturday night against the Isles at 7PM.

However, at the same time I also noticed that on WHYY the Lawrence Welk show is on.

Yes. Yes, I think I'll watch it.

its called playing with heart and intensity and actually "wanting" to win unlike the Flyers in the last 2 ******* months. If they enter the playoffs like this it will be an early summer boys!!! There gonna get eaten up!!!!!

Bruins make a statement in Montreal and Philly plays for about 9 minutes total tonight. Well done gentlemen, well done. Nice job by Bob after Kennedy's goal though, he stole a point.

He rebounded from a poor performance Tuesday and was probably the best player on the ice through the OT.

Edit: He was selected as the top star tonight.
