candle wax

ive always seen that candle wax could substitute stick wax how do you put it on your stick

Rub it all over a taped blade and melt it in with a hair dryer.

It's the only thing I use. I just take the candle and rub it all over the tape. I've never used heat and it works just fine.

You can buy the generic paraffin wax and grocery stores. The stuff I have is called Parawax and it works just as good as Sex Wax, and it's much cheaper. Plus your stick won't smell like lavender.

Yeah I'd go with the paraffin wax. Less than $5 will last you years. I'm still on my first brick after six months, three more to go.
