This is going to be one of those defining games for the season. If we lose tonight I'll start getting nervous.

For the love of god, come back soon Sharp.

The most important game of the year. Get on them early, and often.. and for the love of God, DON'T LET UP!

Come on Hawks!

X2 The Ducks have had too many comebacks recently. If we get up by a couple goals, we really still need to go for their throats and not let them back in the game...We need to have the 3rd period be our strongest.

Yeah I just read that. Would have preferred facing Hiller. Emery is a bit scary right now but I think we can pull this off.

Emery is in net. Shoot. Lets's light him up!

With b-to-b away games in Detroit and Boston coming up, this is a MUST win!

are you serious?

Everyone knows they are going to change scoring so you can assist yourself on goals and toews is going to have a toews-trick where he scores 19 goals and assists himself 19 times. DUH.

Seriously? We can't lose this game or any other. Look at the top 8 in the West. Every GD team except the Red Wings, and Anaheim, has points in at least 8 of their last 10 games. It's ridiculous. LA's going to win today. That's going to put them 4 points up on us with 2 more games played. Nashville plays the Stars. That could be a nightmare if the Stars win in OT or an SO. The Coyotes aren't losing any games, and they play the Sharks.

If we lost today, and the above played out...it would be awful.

We really need to step it up and take care of business. Playoff hockey is right here, right now. There is absolutely ZERO margin for error going forward.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Toews get 6 goals tonight.

Toews will be the first guy to actually score an Ovechtrik...They will have to rename it a Toewstrik.

Huge game. These other teams don't seem to lose ever. Anaheim follows this one up with a free win on Monday against Colorado, so we REALLY need to get 2 points in regulation here.

The Toews trick is 3 goals, 3 assists, and 19 flashes of intangibles

Anze Kopitar's season is likely done for. I feel really bad for him and Kings fans.

I do not like they way we match up with Anahiem, there top line is very scary... 3 big powerful players that play nasty and have a ton of skill.

Hossa needs a big game.

what rules?

Also, Anaheim's top line has been beastly lately, who do we match up with it? Hossa line? Then rely on kruger line for secondary scoring? Ehhhh.
