New NHL socks, Where to buy them?

Does anyone know an online store that is carrying the new NHL socks yet? I want to get the new Sharks ones.

Thank you

HUGE thread bump - but I was looking for these too.

This is the only site I've seen them on, but they are available:

I wouldn't mind getting a pair but I heard they rip pretty easily.

Yeah, that wouldn't surprise me. The EDGE jerseys rip easily, too.

Well the main reason I want them is because I want the new design of the Oilers socks. But, aside from that, they're made from the new material - so they'll supposedly repel water. Most of all, they're tighter than the traditional socks.

I might consider them if they have better ventilation than standard socks but they're pretty expensive -- I'd need a pair each of home and away. If they're waterproof (keeps water in, too) that does me no good. If they rip easily that's even worse.

Does anyone know where you can find the new Ducks alternate socks? Oh yes, they are hideous, but that's what makes me want them so badly. They would be the ultimate demonstration of a true fan that I would be willing to wear them. (I secretly think they look great)

Speaking from experience using both the retail and pro stock version of the RBK edge socks..... I would highly suggest to anyone who wants a set of these to not waste your money on the retail ones. They are super light, breathable, but not very durable at all! The pro stock are a much better quality, different materials used, and of course will last longer. Keep your eyes peeled for pro team equipment sales, or just keep hunting on good ol' eBay.

Invest in those cut-free foot socks as well. The Reebok socks, from what I've seen, aren't as cut resistant as say the Nike Swift ones are.

modellinehockeysocks.com has them in the old ccm style, which I think is better than the edge socks anyways:

Yes, yes, YES!! they are mine at last!!! Just $13 bucks and then $15 dollars for shipping, what a bargain. I would have paid 3 times as much for them.

I usually get a season and a half out of the retail Edge socks but the ccm's only last me half a season. The Edge socks seem to get a pretty bad rep but I must be lucky. Plus I usually give my old ones to a team mate.

I've been thinking of plunking down the $70 to buy a pair of the kevlar hockey socks. I have the kevlar skate socks, figured if I bought a pair of the hockey socks in black I would be protected anytime I play. In theory they should last a long time unlike the Reebok socks that cut and tear with ease.
