International break after this. Anywho, a great chance to be top for a day at least, and a great chance to put three points on the board.
Interested to see what Rodgers does with the line-up and in Lucas' absence. Does he abandon three at the back for the week? I think he could play Henderson in Lucas' role and play Sterling or Alberto as RWB.

Take off Sturridge and play Aspas. Would also sub Stevie for Luis Alberto.
Some great finishing from Sturridge. Suarez his normal indefatigable self. Those two are developing some serious chemistry and understanding. Enrique and Sterling have had some moments--good and bad. I'm glad Rodgers tried out Raheem at wingback. I think he played that role for U-21 team a couple weeks ago after a card. Unsure you can do it against top half of table but against bottom half, probably can. Still give away a couple too many prime scoring opportunities in the back, too. So much open space . Really think this formation is the right one for majority of games given the personnel. Once Coutinho, Johnson and Cissokho come back in, will really see its effectiveness.
