He's been ineffective for quite some time now. Hopefully this jump starts him. BB making a good choice here.

With Chimera sitting for tonight's game, his consecutive regular season games streak will end at 91 and he will relinquish his iron man crown.

Assuming all three play, the new top of the Caps regular season iron man list will be this after tonight:

83 Brooks Laich
79 John Carlson
77 Karl Alzner

Lost in the AHL wilderness, with respectable but not overwhelming numbers. Spent some time injured, was rumored (falsely) to be leaving to the KHL this summer. Probably not going to make it with the NHL club unless he finds a niche on the bottom lines at some point.

it seems the weight of board opinion is against you, but i myself agree with you here. his hands are undeniably made of stone, but i still love his speed, hustle and feistiness. i love the # of times he is able to prevent icing call and keep play alive in O-zone.

also, i liked his answer last year when asked what it felt like to get bounced from playoffs in first round.

he compared it to "someone coming to your work and stepping on your desk or punching you in the head."

anyway, chimera, bradley, hendricks, sturm, beagle ... that's mostly just fiddling around the edges. the point is, AO and JA back in line-up 2nite. i want those guys to get back into the flow, and back into battle mode, in time for April insanity, aka the challenge of their lives, aka the time of year when i can build an ulcer in 90 seconds. don't care whether "history is made," just give us the damn Cup.

I lived in NC for 4 years and def feel the same about forslund and yes tracy is a big of a fool as anyone in the broadcasting industry imo.

That is not the same site as the old ATDHE. That is a known malware site.

http://88.80.11.29/ is the old ATDHE, but they no longer carry hockey streams. Use that other site at your own risk.
