A win is a win but that wasn't the greatest of games against a poor team. But sure beats the last three games, someone give Hammer a beer for breaking that streak

Wouldn't mind Weber back in their, Mara, Sopel and Gill are too big and slow to have as half our D, it doesn't mesh very well with our team

I love how the Habs rallied back and didn't let the non-call and goal affect them too much.

I also appreciate how Jacques remained calm and resilient in the face of annihilation.

Refs screwed Price out of a shutout

Glad for the win though.

Feels good to win.

Also, McCreary was my favorite referee. Sad to see him go.

Kind of fitting for McCreary to keep the puck that he costed Carey's shutout with.

Glad to see us get the W.

I know I hate hearing about it from PM but a coaches challenge would have given Carey Price a shutout.

Oh please, the team win. Carey will play many games to get shutouts.

Warm good bye to McCreary by the fans
Don't know if it would've been the same if the blown call would've cost the game

Who cares about the shutout. We don't get an extra point for it.

We won. End of story.

GREAT game for Gomez and Gionta and Darche.. Gotta say Darche gave those guys some new life..

Definitely needed that win but it wasn't a well played game nor a game thats inspired much confidence in the team.

I want Weber back! I'm not sure if it's just me but I cringe every time I see Sopel out there. His reaction time seems slow.

classless comment on one of the greatest ref ever..

We won, we scored goals but that wasnt a very reassuring showing, we will get crushed in playoffs if we dont play better..

Gill and Pouliotte stood out on the bad side, Price was great as usual, the rest of the team has been ok..

What's worrisome is that outside of the quick blip of two goals in a whole 12 seconds, we still couldn't buy a goal with the goalie in.

EDIT: Also, trivia question time: Habs have 3 empty net goals, two by Kostitsyn. Who has the third?

I didn't think they played well after the first period. Price is a hero. Nice to see the team give McCreary a proper Montreal farewell. Hope they can turn it on tomorrow, big game!

A win is a win I guess. It was no dominating win considering the Thrashers coasted for about 45 of the 60 minutes. 2 points anyway. Who's next?

A regulation win tomorrow and we basically clinch a playoff spot. Can they do it?

AK was playing soccer with the puck and finally got it into the empty net. Seeing him smiling on the bench you can see how happy he gets when he scores.
