I think he's pretty damn good on his own. It certainly helps playing on the Flyers, but overall he has tremendous offensive instincts. He knows where to put himself on the ice to score and is not afraid to go into the high traffic areas to look for chances. I don't know if that's worth going straight up though, but I think he's a very good player.

Claude Giroux is having a wonderful game for the Flyers. Showing his ability to set up teammates, his speed and creativity. On second thought, I might just trade him straight up for Burns. The question really becomes, would you save any money by bringing in a high-end offensive talent like Giroux versus Burns?!?! I think the contract demand would be pretty similar.

Giroux is actually the player i am hoping Granlund can become. does most of his work on the perimiter but isnt afraid to go to the tough areas.
