Over under you avatar you have "vCash". It is used for "betting". Everyone starts out with 500. Up in the red at top there is "vBookie" (virtualbookie) where different sports events are put up to bet on. Basically it is just a fun way to wager on games with out betting real money.

Oh and if you lose your starting 500 you get 50 every time you hit 0 and another event is made

I think you mean "Sabres". And yes, I see it too. The NHL just doesn't really care about Buffalo tbh.

EDIT: I didn't know it automatically spells it correctly on here. Weird .

There's an autofix on "Sabers" (ie without the spaces/italics) due to a couple of certain fanbases.

good job!

I like your points but Stafford stole the puck from stall while he was carrying it out in OT which led directly to the goal....so I dont think he should be in the U

other than than eveything looks good on here Good should be PK as well.

Did you see that there is a thread on the main board that thinks enroth should have been penalized for taking off his mask lol

Here's a handy divot tool for the golf course, Carolina. You'll need it.

Agreed. I agree with Zamboni on a number of topics, but Stafford isn't one of them. Drew screwed up a 3-on-2, and tonight wasn't his best game, but he had two assists, and the screen on the winner. This weekend--the most important weekend of the season--he had two goals and two assists. In other words, he was in on four of their six goals. He was also very good on the PK tonight and made a few key clears.

Wow. I never, ever go to any other boards, 'cept this one, but I had to check out the main boards conversation.
I won't do that again.

Why go post over there and whine, knowing the crapfest that's going to come back at you?

That was awesome. From the second angle on the replay, all you see is the Canes' player's legs just go flying up in the air.

G: Enroth. This guy has serious fundamentals and good instincts. If Miller loses two in a row in the playoffs, go to Enroth.

Finally winning one that we probably should have lost.

B: Officiating... I guess. See: Ugly.

U: Stupid, gratuitous penalties by secondary players. Weber grabbing Staal around the neck in a "how-dare-you-skate-around-me" infraction after the threat has clearly played out. Brutal. Gragnani (afaik) grabbing the stick from the bench. Gaustad with the super-dumb goalie interference. When is that NOT called? Marginal players should not be getting penalties like that in such an important game.

This 2010-11 team has got some cojones, I tell ya. Huge game last week against the Rangers, who we're battling for a playoff spot with? W. Huge game tonight against the Canes, who we're also battling with for a playoff spot? W.

Not to mention getting a point last night against the tied-for-best team in the conference. Me = impressed.

Everything was said, but have to add the PK tonight especially the 5 on 3 all killed by Butler, Myers , Connolly who did provide almost no shooting lines to Hurricanes players !!!

Enroth make me sick in my stomach with all those juicy rebouds always came in front of the net. He did great but will have to improve this part of his game to be more successfull.

Even if they played a good game, Weber last penalty was a dumb one and Sekera deflect another in his net, i don't remember the last time we score that much goals in our own net, probably a record !!!

Now let's get the 3 points need/or lost by Canes to be able to play the Caps, Philly or even Bruins.

With all players bang up like us, Philly is becoming more attractive to face, i think they lost Briere today with another.

Yea, I am not beyond convincing ... I guess Stafford overall was productive. I just remember a big chunk of the game where I was yelling at his play. But you can't argue against productivity. My other Bad player was Nieds, Stafford just stuck out more to me. But I can agree with your points

G
Enrobbery
Myers
MAG deserves to be in the NHL
Nieds has been quietly having a solid 2nd half to the season
Nate "Speed-burst" Gerbe
Stafford's physicality, some strong drives to the net.
PKers
Sekera
Connolly has been playing solid hockey now for at least a month.

B
Ennis has had 2-3 off games now. Not really bad, but not as good as he's been.

U
Completely lopsided officiating. Carolina got away with a lot.
Letting Ruutu take that late shot and not having laying a smackdown on him. Next season, we'll have Kassian and stuff like that won't be happening.
Carolina's PP is atrocious.
Rod Brind'amour

Cant stand when other teams fans come here with the best of intentions- just trying to interject some fair and balanced reporting of the game. I mean in general a good discussion is fine- but when you post it on another board you have to choose your words very carefully. I dont go and post on other boards because I know I couldnt resist commenting on their thoughts- so I simply stay away..

real gutty effort tonight. some big hits, timely PK and goaltending.. fun- nailbiter to the very end

The main forum is another area that should give everyone some pause... posting about bad reffing or whatever there will practically never garner sympathy form the other fanbases. Everyone gets screwed over by reffing at some point.
