Tallinder turned it down because he's applying for a Green Card and can't bring his family. I know this situation exactly from when I got mine. You can't travel too freely.
I`m not surprised they`re not interested. Those matches are on while they`re at work.

Some names for team Sweden? Why the hell don`t you have a website in English? I don`t understand a single word there and have no clue where to find it.

I just received confirmation for my trip

I may stay 2 more days (until May 6th) for the 1st game of the relegation round... hopefully, France will be in the 2nd round so I'll have to go to Bratislava

Sorry buddy, not gonna happen. Canada, Suisse and Belarus just won`t give you a chance.

But hey, I have two tickets for the Prelims (6th of May) so maybe we can meet somewhere.

Who knows... a hot Huet and Belarus could be a target...
Though Amar's injury (our best D-man) is a huge blow.

I don't really expect the 2nd round, but we're here to dream

Figured Schenny might go, surprised about Dion.

It's taking shape real nice though. Dion sucks

I want whoever is able to see these games to watch Kovalchuk closely. I want to know if he's Atlanta Kovalchuk or Lemaire Kovalchuk.

I can tell you right now that he'll be floating around cause he won't have anyone to bring him back down to earth. Russian hockey isn't about team defense more so then the highlight goal/fancy move and I don't see Kovalchuk going all "2 way" on this tournament.

I could definitely see Kovy floating in this tournament, but I hope he doesn't. I hope he applies what he has learned from Lemaire, and I hope it brings him success.

That you Michelle Tanner?

I'll be watching Russia + Sweden's games closely. Moreso than Canada's games probably just because of the lack of Devils content and the fact that I dislike a load of players on it this year.

I'd be baffled if they don't ask Zajac. I don't think a better two-way Canadian center is available to play at the moment.

Don't really care if any of the veterans go, but I'd like to see Zajac get his chance on Team Canada and Yayo get the call for Sweden.

They already asked him once, he was underwhelming last time he was there.

Kane + Clutterbuck are added. Tavares is waiting for the thumbs up from the Isles to go.

Oh really? I must've been so distraught from one of our playoff letdowns to notice/care. What year was that?

2009, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah, 2008-09 WHC, 5GP 0 0 0 0 2PIM

He played with Richards of Philly.

They'll probably ask him again this year. He'd fit right in with their big boy theory.

Zajac is must go. I`m counting on him. Best third line center of the tournament.

Anyway...Clutter on WCH?

I know, but now it`s in one official pack. Also:

Enstrom won`t come due to his injury, stays in Atlanta. Dvorak said his main goal is to play for the Thrashers next year and he don`t want to get hurt. And Bogosian won`t go too. No further explanation on his decision.

So that`s for Atlanta...

With all those names, I don`t see Canada losing any of their group stage matches, so that`d mean I have a real chance to see CAN-USA (1B-2C I expect Sweden to take the first place) in prelims. Yay!

Yayo won`t come, but I guess they are leaving open spots for others.

Well, both Wandell AND LOUI are in, so I don`t even care. This is just a great great day!
