I've never done a GDT I don't think. But there wasn't one.

Hopefully Da Costa displays the same neutral zone awareness he did in the first game.

Philly is in a dogfight with Washington for the top spot, so they'll be coming on hard. They will fail against the offensive force-of-will that is Jason Spezza.

Dear CC

You've tried every other line combo this year......can we please relegate Lessard to Neil's line and let some of the skilled callups play together???!!

Lessard-smith-Neil

I wouldn't wanna play against that line, yikes

With svatos out Wick hopefully sees more time...

Really? I feel like the chances they will be able to get out of the D zone are one in a a million. Especially with Karlsson, Gonchar and Smith not in the lineup.

You wouldn't wanna see what DaCosta-Wick could do?

Id like to see Dacosta with Michalek or Spezza to be honest. I just hate the idea of having three players lacking as much skill as Neil Smith and Lassard on the ice at the same time in an nhl game.

Woah, woah, woah. Neil and smith are decently skilled. It's just lessard that is terrible. The problem is young flashy player's creativity being stopped in its tracks by neil, smith or lessard touching the puck. Just because these 3 don't have creativity, doesn't mean they can't be succesful. Smith plays on the penalty kill. Neil isn't known as a defensive liability. Neil has had 30 points before, and smith has the potential for 30 points. It's just lessard who is soooo terrible. Just put these 3 together for 6-8 minutes a game, and let them dump and chase, and crash and bang, and let the 9 other, more creative forwards, play together and perhaps create offense.

Ottawa needs more Lessard. He should be paired with Spezza and assigned to play both wings. We don't need any more wins this year.

Lessard's eye-bruising is at an elite level. His stitch-taking ability is legen--------dary.

It would be nice to see da costa a bit. More I thought he did well last game in the limited Ice time. Throw him between butler and condra.

From a tanking POV, I have a bad feeling. Flyers blow chunks at SBP.

Other shoe's about to drop. We're getting blown out of the building tonight. Don't worry 'bout it.

I don't think Da Costa belongs with Spezza other than on the powerplay. They're both puck possession type guys. Da Costa with Foligno and Condra would be cool.

last game at the beginning of the 2nd period I think, DaCosta was out there with Foligno and Butler and they kept and controlled the puck in the leafs zone for an entire shift. There seemed to be some nice chemistry brewing, I wish clouston woulda noticed, they didn't play together the rest of the game...

That's all we need to beat these scrubs. Both Andersson and Spezza will have Ovechtricks. Easy win.
