Actually I've tried Koff before, not bad! I had it when I was living back home in Canada, I haven't seen it down here in FLA though. Is it like the Bud of Finland, and whats up with this ad??
It's a long story, sometimes in 1920-30, Miller?? opened brewery in Georgia, just across the state border, not in Florida side of border.
So State of Florida retaliated and banned all beer bottles except four different kind of ounce bottles (12,16 etc), Miller didn't use those kind of bottle sizes, so they couldn't sell their beer in Florida. Because of this european/latin american breweries couldn't sell their beers in Florida, because they were using millimeter size bottles. For some bigger breweries (Heineken, Corona etc) it wasn't problem because they could adjust their product lines. Not sure if this restriction is still in books, probably not.
