Chances are, Zucc's playoffs will be played with the Whale, so it probably benefits him most to play in their final 3 games. He's not going to get much ice time tonight, he's going to be benched when Drury returns, he's unlikely to see any NYR playoff action barring disaster, so best to just go with the reserve player you've got I guess.

I usually put the volume up to a number that is worn by a Rangers player. Yea I'm sick.

My TV is fairly loud, but I too follow that superstition, but set my TV to 11, which for obvious reasons is my superstition. I'll also leave the room if the team is playing horribly with 5 minutes left, down by a goal or tied, in hopes they do something with me not watching.

From the first playoff game on I wear the same exact outfit for every single game, whether I'm watching on tv or at home. I never wash it either, until we are knocked out.

Jersey
Shirt
Wife Beater
Underwear
Shorts
Socks
Shoes

And it goes without saying that i don't shave.

I have to watch playoff games alone, and tonight I will be doing so as this is essentially playoffs.

Puckface you sound like a great guy.

This year the games i've gone to have been in a pattern, alternating between loss and win. I went to the Bruins game for the game that, pattern wise, should've been a win and voila. Therefore the hockey gods have blessed me and cursed me- I can't go to anymore games this year but I was able to witness a great win.

I also didn't sneak anything into the Garden and didn't stop to get food beforehand, cuz the last time I did we lost.

The best part is? I'm not even superstitious but at this point I can't even help myself.

It still boggles my mind that other team's forums, especially for GDT's will only reach like 10-13 pages sometimes, while every single one for us is at 8-10 pages before the puck drops.

Please end this torture before Saturday's game. Ironically, my hometown team's got a playoff game against the Cardiff DEVILS so I'll be missing the Rangers/Devs game.

The Thrashers have won 4 straight at MSG. Let's end that streak tonight.

I'm with ya. The rule in my house is if it's the play offs and we are not in between periods....then no interruptions. Period.

Just like a business meeting....and to me it's that serious.

LGR! I contemplated wearing my Rangers T-shirt to work today but that hasn't worked out well in the past. I used to drink Coffee from my Rangers mug mornings of games with decent results but someone took it. So tonight I'll just rock my jersey. Something I haven't done since I was a kid and the Rangers won the cup.

Good, I am not completely crazy then.

I used to put it up to the same number (I think 21) for the longest time, and now I raise the volume up to a level that I think is loud enough but I REFUSE to look at what number that is.
