NBC will probably air Detroit-Phoenix at 1:00 PM ET on Saturday.

As a canadian I have always enjoyed excellent playoff coverage from both CBC, and TSN... it sounds like you guys dont have the best coverage in the US?

It's April, there's another 5-6 months to enjoy nice weather. Whoever is watching that game, it's what they were already going to be doing anyways. And they'll still get better ratings than whatever VS shows any other Saturday at 5pm.

Miller 2.59 91.6% sv pct
Bob 2.59 91.5% sv pct

Not convinced Buffalo even has a goaltending advantage.

Yea but look at Miller's defense compared to ours...even without Pronger, it's miles above the Sabres

At the same time, Buffalo doesn't exactly have the strongest offenses in their division. MTL, TOR, and OTT all have less goals than PIT, NYR, and NYI, so he's not facing the same quality of opposition.

Miller had a rough year.

Sabres fan coming in peace....just wondering if there are any good Flyers writers/bloggers on Twitter....I checked out Tim P., but his Twitter feed is not interesting at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated, good luck in the series!

Seriously, all of our writers blow large penis.

And I remember someone posting that Miller's been on a blistering hymen breaking tear since March, FWIW. Either way, the Flyers don't generally have their biggest issues scoring against better goalies.

@nhlflyers is the team twitter and will let you know when the press conferences are up on the website.

Sarah Baicker (@sbaicker) understands grammar and sentence structure and is the most competent writer.

Tim P, as you know, is a drunken buffoon. Which would be fine if he was an interesting drunken buffoon. But he's not.

Ryan Bright (@philabright) can be alright but often just joins in with whatever narrative the other writers have decided to make up.

Bill Meltzer (@billmeltzer) knows what he's talking about and usually doesn't sugarcoat things. He can be a bit conservative in giving praise or criticism, however. Though that is definitely not necessarily a negative when viewed in front of the backdrop of insane Philly sports radio.

The people here who have been around a lot longer than I have can probably give you more information.

If Pronger's out we can just rest our hopes and dreams on Carle's Laurels. Dude's ready.

Color me surprised at the amount of writers/fan picking Buffalo. No one picked the Flyers in any series last year though

Also simmed the playoffs in NHL 11 (This is how sad I am)

Nothing new other than he's day for day.

Though I think he's in for Thursday. I don't think that he would have been sparring with the media if that wasn't the case
