Wow, this just shows that this year the draft class is all over the place and 3rd overall may be as good as 8th overall. It seems like Strome dropped where Huberdeau rose quite heavily, even though Strome has better numbers in a tougher league.
I still trust Murray to find the best player available and his scouts don't use these rankings anyway.

Might be due to playoffs / goals scored?
Anyways, looks like Larsson probably still fits somewhere in the top-3, so that still doesn't seem to be much different:

WTF?
It seems like after the top 3 it's an absolute wash and toss up. How are there not atleast 5 great hockey players in every draft when so many people play hockey all over the world. It's mind-boggling.
Not really. I expect he'll stand by what he thinks, as he should. He can change his mind, but I hope it's not because someone else came up with a different opinion. These lists can be wrong in so many areas, but they can be right as well. One opinion VS another.

I omitted a smilie, but it was in jest.
The guy jumped from 19 to 8. That's not too shabby.
9 Saint John Sea Dogs in the NA American list, thats also every single player on the team that is first time eligible.
4 in the top 20 (Huberdeau, Beaulieu, Phillips and Jurco)
6 in top 50 (add Oke and Tesink)
2 more in top 100 (add Kelly and Bourret)
and then the last guy Cameron at 124
I get that they're the best junior team in the country but yeesh thats Saint John heavy
But damn can that team be even more impressive next year

I'm kind of bummed out that Tesink is 47 on the NA list. I was hoping to grab him in the 4th or 5th round but it looks like the scouts caught on. He's buried on a stacked roster but has a really nice skill set and good overall game. Great vision and he's a bit of a **** disturber. He'll probably have fantastic numbers next year after a few players graduate from that roster and he gets an increased role.
As was said before, Strome actually rose on this list (he didn't drop) and on top of that CSS has a pretty poor track record. I think one look at these lists in comparison to most other lists out there can tell you all you need to know. Yes, sometimes the off-the-wall list can be right, but it's much more likely that they are all over the place again. Skinner a 2nd round talent? Turris > Kane? Etc.
