Jonas Junland is heading to KHL from what I've heard. He did not get a new contract proposal from Färjestad.
Anton Grundel will probably not get a new contract, he has not taken that final step and same goes for Markus Karlsson.

Magnus Nygren has a verbal agreement that they will put on paper after the playoffs

Fabian Brunnström is the hardest one to get a good source about but it looks like he's heading to Karlstad next season.

I doubt there will be so many players leaving for KHL. They now have limit with only 5 foreigners per team(last year it was 6).
Junland has a good chance in St. Louis.

Simon Löf should be on Brynäs roster. It's of course possible that he will be on a loan to Allsvenskan again. I think he looked really good in the Mora, so I believe he have a real chance to play in SEL next season

Timrå really needs a GOOD defender. Petr Caslava would be nice. He was awesome.
Also, a new kimmo kapanen. Not just 2 second goalies... Tho forwards looks really nice.

It appears there is a rumor that Mattias Sjogren may be signing in the NHL. I understand the Columbus Blue Jackets are one possible destination. Is there any update on his move from SEL to the NHL and what type of player is he? top 6 skill? ready for NA game? Good on faceoffs? Better at C or W? Thank you
I have also had a high level of interest in Carl Soderberg who I believe played for Malmo this season. Is he still property of the Bruins? Any idea if he ever plans to come to the NHL? Seems like a high skill guy and I'd like to see him play in NA.

Fredrik Pettersson-Wentzel and Niklas Czarnecki was presented by Färjestads BK today at a pressconference. P-W as the backupgoalie for next season and Czarnecki as the new coach.
How are you liking the Czarnecki signing, KC? I seem to remember the Färjestad crowd showing animosity towards that piece of news during the quarterfinals.

I think the morons that showed the signed shamed themselfs.
I like the signing. He took Brynäs and put a good defensive mark on the team and then started to work with the offensive. I like that he seems to be a much better matchcoach then Samuelsson that doesent hesitate to bench players even if their names and paycheck is bigger than the person getting extra icetime. That was Samuelssons biggest problem in my opinion.
I also like that Czarnecki in the interviews I've seen has focused on what I think has been Färjestads biggest problem the last couple of years.. The speed..
We'll see how he adjust to the club but I think it's a very good fit.

John Klingberg signed with Jokerit. Can someone give info about him? He got tall really quick so 186cm and 78kg? worries me a little bit but he is still young to gain mass.

He wanted to come to SM-Liiga cause it's more close to NHL style game than Elitserien.

He can get pushed around really easily. In the J20 playoffs, a 5'6" forward on the other team knocked him over a bunch of times. He's not scared of the rough going, just really needs to bulk up.
Now lets get Öhman over here too and kick-start his career once again
