I just think its wrong to handle it the way they did. the first period of game 2 wasnt entirely Bobrovskys fault but they are handling it like it is. You are replacing a kid who played so well for us this year for a guy who belongs in the AHL.
You have no idea what Bob has been told. None of us do.
Neither one of them is playing tonight. The difference between the back-up and the 3rd goalie is negligible.
Now if Boucher sucks tonight or gets hurt and we need to go with a different starter for game 4, and they choose Leighton over Bob, that is a different animal (and something I don't think would happen).
Lavy is making the decisions and is a big Bob supporter. If anything Boucher is his least favorite of the 3 goalies.
If they were going to do something like this with Bob it needed to happen months ago. He's proven nothing but being able to bounce back after rough starts, and now isn't the time to question it. I think they oughta be dancing with who brought them, not that **** they dated and spent all that money on over the summer, when everyone told them they were being stupid, only to get an awkward HJ.

getting yanked twice in a Cup Final.
The team in front of you scores 22 goals in 6 games and you still cant get it done.
He let in one of the worst goals I have ever seen in the playoffs let alone the Cup Final.
Leighton has more holes in his game then a Times Square hooker.
I'm not sure what was easier to predict. The fact that Leighton was going to be Boucher's backup in game 3 or how the Leighton haters would be out in full force after the announcement was made.

More like they got to the finals in spite of him. There's a difference.

bob started out very well
but, i have no confidence in his ability to steal any game like many goaltenders can do on occasion
I also don't believe boosh or leighton can steal a game, but they play it a whole lot better than bobs (in my opinion)
best option would be to, get rid of some of the 'lazy' players, and get some high quality goaltender but, for now with the 3 goalie option available
boosh and leighton would be my choice

The only player you could call lazy on this team is Zherdev. Nobody wanted him at half price to finish the season, there's no way he can get traded for anything of quality.
I'd rather be mauled by hippos than watch that. Hope his back is healthy!

I think it's safe to say that after playing in 30 games for the defensively challenged Phantoms facing an average of 30 shots a night that his back is healthy.
