This Buffalo team just isn't that good. Talent wise they're not close to us, other than in goal, but other than game 1 that hasn't even been an advantage. (which probably had more to do with us, rather than Miller)

not on paper, not even close. But remember the sabres have been the hottest team in the league since January, and have not lost back to back games in 20 sum games. They are a very tough opponent.

Oh they are, I agree. And by no means am I assuming anything. But before the series started I wasn't really sweating them, and after seeing these three games I am not impressed. This will be epic fail if we somehow give away this series.
I think that rebound before 2nd wasn't the worst, Boosh gave up straight one all the way to blue line before making calm save on slapper... by his standards that was great game
Hartnell had done some dumb things in past but delay of game penalty was awful call by refs, not mention about roughing call after receiving multipule crosschecks...
Coburn subtle interference not only saved Kimmo but maybe next time Kaleta will think twice about running Flyers D
Boosh had an on game tonight. He deserves some credit fo that.
But don't expect too much! Boosh's law says that he is on a hot streak right now, 1-2 games from now he will again give up weak ones in bunches. He is what he is...
I think the Sabres realize that the Flyers are starting to bring it on. I was listening to their radio station and the on air guys have defeat in their voices. If Philly plays like they did last night it should be over by Friday.
So sadly I missed the first half of the game as I was traveling for work, and then the 2nd half was difficult to watch because the bar I went to had a terrible picture.
Could someone give me the good, the bad, and the ugly? Specifically, how was Boucher and our PP?
After the last month and the 1st game of this series I was really doubt this team, but if they can play more like they did in game 3 then they have a shot to win. Is there really a switch????

There might be, because this is as intense as I've seen them play in a while. We need to fix our PP and take fewer penalties very quickly though, because our goalie can't have to make that many point blank saves if we expect to keep going.
Gotta keep this up. With Pronger coming back we'll look deadly.
The one thing I still notice is that we just look kinda slow overall. When I watch other teams in the playoffs they're FLYING. It seems like our series just isn't quite as intense and no one is going full-out adrenaline.
jeez, that chick who sang the anthem last night was terrible. alas, we are spoiled as flyers fans.
Idk about spoiled as much as she was legit that bad, compared to anyone. I was listening and thinking how I semi-wished Lavy had some classless moments like Boudreau so that he could comment about how bad she was today.

Boosh was great, one very juicy rebound and strange one which Gerbe convert in 2nd goal
Great: The PK, JVR
Good: Boucher, Zherdev
Bad: Hartnell being a dumbass. I like Hartnell, but there are times when he is a stupid, stupid hockey player.
Ugly: Flyers' inability to clear the zone. Luckily it didn't bit them in the ass like it could have.

She was very nasal. Either that, or she smelled Leighton.

I have a hard time picking on Hartnell. He made the Briere goal happen, first lifting the stick, gathering the puck, and recognizing that Briere was right there in better position and feeding him with a feather soft set-up, instead of just trying to jam the puck through Miller's pads. It was a beautiful, clutch, play.

yes, but yesterday's delay of game and roughing calls were complete joke/bs, he lost balance after interfering with Gaustad, there wasn't chance to stop before net, on the roughing call he did absolutly nothing after several cross-cheks, I was honestly amazed by that...
I disagree, he forgot to closed door and Mez was checked face fist to the bench, so MFL is bust...
Touche...I guess he gets an A- for his door operating assignment for yesterday. However, I'd rather him leave a door open than let a goal in five-hole...so here's to hoping he keeps his current job.
