Even if we don't win game 6, these last two games have proved it: This is still one of the most talented teams in the league, and they can hang with anybody. Going down 3-0 was a product of playing pretty evenly with Vancouver and not getting any luck, not some inherent flaw in the team. (Then again, I didn't think we were *that* much better than Vancouver the last two games, just getting everything to go in).
Nothing drastic in the offseason, please. Let the depth keep filling in naturally and ride the horses that already won you one Cup and may yet win you more.
But seriously what an enjoyable evening. I wouldn't have believed it, but we've got a chance. Keith hasn't had a better game during this entire year than he did tonight. He was a magician. Toews owned Kesler tonight. Kane and Hossa were great as well. The most noticeable thing to me was how much better the passing was tonight. Those breakaways don't happen without a good pass first. Great game boys! See you on Easter Sunday.

Agreed. All this doomsday talk of trading Hossa and Campbell has to stop. Funny how that stopped after two straight blowouts.
If nothing else, we've made a series of it.
... and we've blown out Vancouver. Twice.
... and we shut out Vancouver.
... and we set a franchise record.
... and we chased Luongo from his net. Twice.
Yep, I like this series, regardless of the outcome.
Ben Smith is a warrior. He's kind of a Frolik who can actually pass.
Man, that kid can take a beating... awful knee-to-knee that wasn't called. Glad to see him back out on the ice. Can't wait to see him mature as a player.
