What do we have in Jesus Godson?

This thread is entirely necessary.

He's pretty much the best thing ever, and I'm looking for him to challenge for the first line center spot next year. New Sedin twin to replace Hank? Close call.

I'm not sure if he's ready for primetime yet, but he definitely passed tonight. Though perhaps not with flying colours, but nice to see that he got the chance to get his first playoff goal tonite.

Stop that, just because he had one good game doesn't mean it deserves a thread for it.

He looked good out there. And looking good in his situation is a HUGE compliment. But let's remember this was a home game where we could shelter that third line. He might get exposed when playing against tougher opponents.

I also like that AV moves Lappy up to the 3rd line later in the game if we're up. Cody thinks the game very well but he's still young.

The boy had a great game... really looking forward to him getting more time, especially on the 2nd unit PP.

Should be interesting when Torres gets back...

young coho was good in his limited icetime. he seems to be a bit faster imo. sedin-like skating but his accleration he just kicks it into another gear. not mason raymond blazing speed. he still has the hockey smarts to make plays. the defensive side of him is a bit questionable. but tonight the third line looked good.

I actually believe that is the only requirement for these types of threads.

The next Vezina, Masterton and Jennings winner. Maybe even the Jack Adams too, if he feels like it.

He's not our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

Coho looked really composed out there. He seemed a little bit faster than he did in the regular season. He still needs to work on his defensive game before he ever cracks the top 6.

Give him good linemates, he performs. I wasn't too surprised to see him play well. Can't write this guy off, he's too good.

We always gotta find a reason to ***** about something. Can we shut up and goto sleep for once without realising we had a ****** outing when in fact we played one of best games on our season. The Hawks are in trouble.

Depsite the unfortunate thread title, I liked Hodgson last night. He looked lively and quick (or rather, quick enough). He didn't get outmuscled or caught standing still, and he created a couple of chances and could have scored.

This is premature, but if the Canucks win on Friday, I don't know that it's an automatic that Torres plays Game Three. Will Vigneault want to mess with a winning line-up?
