He looked good out there. And looking good in his situation is a HUGE compliment. But let's remember this was a home game where we could shelter that third line. He might get exposed when playing against tougher opponents.
I also like that AV moves Lappy up to the 3rd line later in the game if we're up. Cody thinks the game very well but he's still young.
young coho was good in his limited icetime. he seems to be a bit faster imo. sedin-like skating but his accleration he just kicks it into another gear. not mason raymond blazing speed. he still has the hockey smarts to make plays. the defensive side of him is a bit questionable. but tonight the third line looked good.
We always gotta find a reason to ***** about something. Can we shut up and goto sleep for once without realising we had a ****** outing when in fact we played one of best games on our season. The Hawks are in trouble.
Depsite the unfortunate thread title, I liked Hodgson last night. He looked lively and quick (or rather, quick enough). He didn't get outmuscled or caught standing still, and he created a couple of chances and could have scored.
This is premature, but if the Canucks win on Friday, I don't know that it's an automatic that Torres plays Game Three. Will Vigneault want to mess with a winning line-up?
