Well, we're still winning. I'll take it. Sucks that a stupid, unforced turnover had to lead to the San Jose goal though.

Feels good to get the second period over with. That's all I'll say.

I know San Jose scored 1, they had a lot of shots and chances and zone time, but I must say that was a far better period defensively for the Kings then the last 2 games. Thank god the schedule is 2-2-1-1-1 and not 2-3-2.

Intermission came just in time. We were running around a bit.

Time to play Kings hockey and get this to Game 6.

... Sharks are just throwing everything at the net, not minding the quality of their shots.

I wouldn't put too much into the shot differential. It's like a team getting out-hit in baseball, but the opposition has ten singles to our 4 doubles and a home run.

If they Blow this lead, I am pretty sure TM gets fired. That will be Two big leads blown in this series. I don't think Dean will let that slide.

Westgarth did a nice Ivanans impression.

I can't believe the Sharks didn't dress Eager.

Thanks my friend.

I was hit in my Honda Element by a drunk (now 3 time loser) logging truck outside of Banburry.

3 broken ribs (two left on right)
1 fractured collar bone (right side caused by my guitar)
1 minor fracture to my pelvis (hairline so no biggie)
A fractured wrist (another minor thing) right hand thank god

And one more broken nose making it 5.

The worst of it is my perfect car is totaled.

Man I loved that sill little car but it saved my life.

I get to go and give the guy who did this to me a piece of my mind on Monday when he is to be in front of a regional *judge* but it figures that it will be the day after Easter Sunday.

Any other day and he would be eating as much cast and birdcage armbracing as I could shove down his throat.

Oh well. I am fine and this is just another bump in the road. Besides, my nurse are very nice to me now and if I weren't an old married dog I might have had really good story to post!

We Can Win this game and we will.

Thank God the period is over.... Hang on boys!!

Dear Matt Greene,

Spend less time being funny and getting "face time" and spend A LOT more time learning how to play smart hockey and good defense.

Thank You

Yeah but why the hell does he do this. It puts us on the defensive for the rest of the game. I prefer we play like it was 0-0 instead of 3-1. That way there is an offensive upswing if there is an opp. Murray appears too fragile. I don't like the risk because he allows too many opps towards the end. If we had more offensive threat then we'd be a bit more likely to keep them off kilter and make them pay if they have lapse.

Kings settled right down after SJ's goal. Looked much more like the defense-first Kings we know.

sj we are going to have some fun after these playoffs then, right?
I volunteer in a hospital and see a lot of this stuff. Drunk drivers really piss me off cause they cause so much friggin damage. Glad you're okay. Hope the nurse is totally hot. Keep hitting your call button and ask for ice cream, warm blankets etc

THat is exactly my point.

He now has us on the worst and least successful D first system of all time. We need to play the way we did from the second we take the ice and NEVER change our scheme/system. That is what TM has done all the time and it is killing us.

To me our D seems to get confused every time we drop our 3 forward in for asst during our 1-1-1 time. We play pretty well 2-1-2 with our C as the floater. The sharks can't handle it for some weird reason and if we stick to it we win.

We are arguing the same thing now.

The Rangers did blow a 3-0 lead against the Capitals in Game 4 at MSG, and lost the game in OT. Coincidentally, the Rangers had the 5th best defensive team in the NHL. The Kings had the 6th best defensive team during the regular season.

I cracked a beer in Game 3 when we went up 4-0. Then I cracked one to start the 2nd period of Game 4. I'm scared what might happen if I start drinking!

Oh well best of luck to you and hopefully you don't get too many people like me too often. I hate taking meds so they have to sneak em in me. My wife is flying in to be here tomorrow so I am lucky that the nurse are sweet and just so much that I don't make too much of a fool of myself. A 46yo goat like me they don't want any part of anyways!

Yes, booze and cars kill and I am hating this man right now very badly right now but he is sick too so I will just eat it. I am an guy who has broken allot of bones and scars everywhere so its no big deal but he will go to jail now and for awhile so he can get sober and then start paying me for my damages. He's going to have to move allot of timber.

I just asked for a warm blanket and she is going to bring me one. Maybe I can surprise her and get ready for a sponge bath just in case Kidding.
