Great. They were chanting Lundqvist's name several different times before that.

We have come out on fire. And Ovi almost just had a goal. Definitely some of the best hockey we have played all series. Hopefully keep it up.

You seriously think that's on par with what Hunter did? Honestly?

Great pace so far!

caps have gotten a good head start. the second pp only seemed to quiet things down a bit, but they seem to have the right idea going forward.

The Caps made the playoffs in 2006? I think not.

I think the last time they won a series in less than 7 was 1998.

Looks like they are going to make the rags go the whole rink and force them to come in on the forecheck....I'm guessing the game plan is to just wear them out.

Great energy. Great hustle. Caps need to capitalize here with another goal or 2. Unlike the Sharks, Flyers and our Caps, the Rangers don't have the firepower to come back from 3+ goals against a stellar defense/G.

Did Laich get pulled down by Staal a second ago or did he fall? Either way, he's playing great yet again. And again, I really hope he wants to stay in DC.

A Matt Bradley goal from that crappy angle a minute ago would have been hilarious.

I like Arnott. And Semin has been great with him. But the only way we resign him is if he doesn't want as much money. Because he is getting older and has had injury problems for years.

The Boys are feeling it, but BB's is right, they need not blow their entire load in the first period. They'll need a complete effort over 3 periods today.

Girardi hurt his hand after throwing that punch at Laich?

Hilarious.

Green, goddamnit. Your job is to stay in games, jackass. Worst shot block attempt I've seen in ages. Martyrdom hurts your ****ing team.
