Sweet, I'm 5 for 5 in my playoff picks now.

Edit: 6 for 6 now, I mean. >_<

Wow... Not a single Flames fan was cheering for us Canucks? Come on man...

I cheered for the Flames during their almost-cup-run.

You'd really rather see Canada not bring home another cup?

Come on.

Well, at the very least, you guys kept your opinions/wishes in one topic, and I can respect that. Oilers fans have been trolling Canuck threads on the main boards and that's been pretty annoying.

=/

No! If the Canucks were playing the russians I'd put on the soviet silks. Burrows makes me want to puke.

I couldn't agree more. His smug face makes me incredibly angry.
I'd rather see another lockout then the canucks come anywhere close to the cup.

Until the Habs are knocked out, there's still another hope for bringing back the cup back to Canada.

I could never cheer for the 'nucks.
I'd rather see the Oilers win one before them.
(that sentence made me puke in my mouth a little)

Sorry bud, but I hate the Canucks more than any team in this league. I will always cheer for the team you're playing. If that Henrik Sedin quote is real, I hope he gets hit by a ****ing bus. However, any trolling I do will remain in this thread.

If it came down to Habs vs Nucks, I'd probably cheer for a draft in the military and have the season cancelled. Slight exageration of course, but you get my point.

As for the bolded... are you suprised? lol

Seems there are less and less of us as the days pass. Where did all of our regulars go?

the only reason I watch the playoffs is to see the canucks lose. Burrows is the biggest P***Y in the world. Canucks celebrated winning the cup last nice... yet it was first round which they should of lost on the last powerplay if only Sharp put that puck top cheese. And now let me guess Luongo is god?

GO PREDS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate the Nucks more than I hate my last 4 ex-gf's combined. I could never cheer for that team, not so much because of the players but more because of their fan base which I will say is the worst one in the NHL.

The team I am really pulling for is Philly, I am so glad they got passed the Sabres last night. I am still confident they can get it done this year.

No reason to come to the Flames section when there's nothing going on with the Flames.

I didn't know if I was the only one that noticed that. I usually don't watch too many celebrations as the Flames haven't been past the first round in awhile, but I thought the Canucks celebration was a bit over zealous considering it was the first round. I thought maybe I was being a bit biased in my hatred to the Canucks. Wasn't their celebration a bit much for a first round victory?

Lets go Predators. I think they match up very well against the Canucks. Hopefully Pinne puts on a clinic.

Ditto. I had picked Nashville to be my dark horse out of the West and I was rooting for them hard against Anaheim in the first round so hopefully they can burst the bubble for the Canucks. In the East, I'd like to see the Habs go through but I think Philly or Washington will be in the SCF for the east at the end of it all.

Actually, I have found myself cheering quite a bit for the Nucks. When my Flames are not involved, it is much easier to enjoy them, as they do have a very good team(nobody can deny the talent they possess).

My first pick is still the Habs, but I for one just want to see the canadien teams go as far as possible.

I though the Canucks celebrating that they won the cup last night was stupid, they barely made it through the first series after winning the Presidents Trophy. IMO the hockey gold medal would be more of an accomplishment for me than winning a playoff round.

Woo! With Tampa's 1-0 win over Pittsburgh, I'm 8 for 8.
