Bah, looks like it is delayed until 11:00 PM:

Not that it really matters to me, since I'll be at work when the game is going on, but if they say they are going to air the games live, then they should do so.

If it's delayed because of bull riding or some hicks fishing, I'm gonna lose it, oh yeah hey Bettman hockey on tape delay because of a world bass championship? Why not make it a 20 year contract with Versus you tool!

I know it's hip to bash Versus all the time, bu this is honestly the first time I've been really, really pissed at them. Just terrible.

IIHF =/= NHL

To be honest, Versus is doing hockey fans a favor by showing the games at all.

Also how do you think Bass fishing fans feel when their shows that are buried in obscure time-slots get bumped by a bunch of mostly 2nd-rate hockey players playing in an event that very few outside the most hardcore hockey fans give two-***** about?

Also, 11p.m.? I guess they are banking the SJ/DET game won't go in to OT.

I can't speak for the other guy, but I would be!

I am a big fisherman, I like the tournament coverage, but I don't watch it religiously.

Sweden, and it was a nice pass.

Kreider draws one doing some dangles.

Stepan with an absolutely amazing pass.

I like playmaking Stepan a lot more.

Yeah watching online via my2p2. Not sure if it's the same stream posted above but it's English and decent.

The US spent the first half or even 2/3s of the period struggling against the Swedish forecheck and sustaining any kind of attack. The last part of the period we got 3 powerplays to kind of break up Sweden's momentum. Stepan to Fowler on the 2nd of the powerplays tied it at 1.

Still on the powerplay that Kreider drew to start the 2nd.

Yeah I'll say. I'm really hoping the NHL game slows down for him next year and some of that vision starts to show up more often than it did this year.

@dchesnokov
Dmitry Chesnokov
Ilya Kovalchuk tells SovSport he hopes Ovechkin and Semin will join the national team at the Worlds if Caps are eliminated from playoffs.

That would be heck of the practice for Kreider. McD and Stepan will have some tips
