Funny, but harsh... Not loving the blame luongo stance though. Not all luongo's fault.

Although, I hate when teams blame everything else but themselves.

For his salary, he's gotta steal some playoff games for once like several other goalies do every playoff season for their teams.

The gold medal doesn't get him off the hook either, Anti Niemi won a Cup behind the best roster in the league....Canada's roster compared to the rest of the field was probably even better than the Hawks were compared to the rest.

I agree that Luongo should steal games for the Canucks, and he hasn't. But he's also not lost them for the Canucks. The entire team flopped. Not simply Luongo. Although his salary is INSANE.

Personally, I've never thought of Luongo as amazing. I think he's solid, but he's always played for great defensive teams. So doesn't have to steal games (including the Olympics).

It would be like the Sens finishing dead last and one of our reporters ripping on Montreal hard because they're the top team. He's not just mad. He seems really jealous as well.

Alot of this blog has to do with his tweets about the Canuck's choke job, which happened to piss off a great deal of Canuck fans.

Agreed,a reporter from a city with a last place team getting some revenge against a city with a top team when it looks like the choke may be on.Cheap shots at the city too.

Not impressed.

After the Canucks great year though and what looks like an epic choke, the knives wil be out everywhere.

The one thing that really stuck out for me is the fact that he's won only 1/2 of the playoff games he's played.

That's nasty.

He was bang on with Kesler, as well.

If the Hawks eliminate the Canucks, then Detroit will eliminate the Hawks next round. If Vancouver wins I think they got a good chance to advance against Nashville. (Despite their recent play)

He's right though.

Why should Canucks fans care what -he- thinks?

Yeah, I'm totally hoping for the Hawks too. History will be made! It's rare that you get to see such an epic choke-job.
