It feels disgusting to be rooting for Montreal, but Boston choking here would be karma at its finest.

Pretty sure anyone would. Schenn will be a great shutdown defenseman though, the fact is and always will be:

Though Subban is still suspect in his zone. If I'm trying to protect a lead, I put Schenn out there.

If I need a goal I put Subban out there.

read the last 15 posts before you, and you'll see

it's not just because of the pick

bruins ARE the most hated rival the last couple of years for a lot of us

1. Few spots higher in the draft.
2. Boston fans have been ripping Leaf fans non-stop for the past two years over the Kessel trade, including one particular thread (or group of them) dedicated to the Leafs losing (essentially one giant bashfest, that of course, the Bruins mods allowed to stay open).
3. Habs will likely play a tougher opponent in the second round then Boston will, are the weaker team, and thus have a higher chance of getting knocked out anyways.

Yeah Subban is unreal offensively.
Also, I know most ppl will disagree with me.. but he's not bad, but not good defensively either. Sure he logs plenty of minutes... but Carey Price bails them out a plenty.

IMO he just makes them look alot better.

Also, idk why people care about the pick so much. It's not a huge deal for 2-3 spots in the high-20's. Burke sees the talent the same from 15-40 or something anyway. I want Boston to win... Hab fans are stupid.

not to mention how epic it would be to watch the fallout from a bruins loss

fans suicidal, coach fired, gm possibly fired...

Look at it this way. Who would you rather have your team facing 6 times a year? Schenn or Subban? I wouldnt want my team facing Schenn

Boston is in full self-destruction mode. How can you take that stupid high stick penalty behind the net? You would think that refs will call pretty much only high stick or delay of game penalty and you go right in Habs trap! Just watch, Boston will score on their own net to finish it.

exactly...3 days of having the choke threads action takes on, 1 and half year of avatars of tank threads, NOTHING happens.

Aside bruins can succeed if they are in the second round, habs not so much.

Never seen such spectacular ref-bashing. You put a stick in a guy's face at high speed, are the refs supposed to take out the electron microscopes?
