Anyone from the Blackhawks 2010 Stanley Cup team to Florida

Dale Tallon has already brought in one of his guys (Jack Skille). How can he acquire some more? I'm specifically talking about Troy Brouwer, Dave Bolland, Niklas Hjalmarsson, and Kris Versteeg (and to a
lesser extent, Brian Campbell and UFA Tomas Kopecky). Any trade proposals?

You know Rick Dudley is likely to be lurking around too for some Blackhawk players

Wouldn't be shocked if Minnesota (draft hosts) sent Cam Barker to Florida (bevy of 3rd rounders) for picks and/or Rostislav Olesz.

Depending on how the Flyers approach the offseason, I could see them reversing the Versteeg trade (late 1st/late 3rd) and getting Florida's high 2nd back with a 3rd. Philly could maybe include a salary (Matt Walker who played a season in Chicago?) to free up cap space while Florida would gain cap towards the floor.

Is it weird that I actually think Campbell would be a good addition to the Panthers? Obviously I wouldn't trade much for him.

I like versteeg alot. good two way hockey player, would add more scoring and a very personable guy, great to the fans. However Bjugstad has massive upside and there is no way we are trading him for versteeg. A 6'5 Center with good speed, and a hard hard shot who is good defensively is extremely hard to find. Tallon expects him to be our future 1st line center, so I doubt he trades him.

It's tough to say since we never get a chance to see a particular team's draft list. The Panthers could have conceivably had Bjugstad ranked higher than #19--Ie, the Ducks had Fowler #3 on their list so they wouldn't value him as the #12 overall pick. And I would rather have Bjugstad than a late 1st and 3rd in this year's Draft.

Not to say that the Flyers need to give Versteeg away by any means. In terms of a trade with Florida, I would think Tallon would offer up future picks/prospects he didn't choose rather than one of "his" guys in Bjugstad.

I'm no Florida fan, but I think 2nd + a lower pick would be fair. Florida fans, are you guys keeping Vokoun? If not, Vokoun's rights + 2nd (+ 4th?) for Versteeg?

Yeah as Florida, you're smart not to want to touch that. Versteeg is better in an environment like Philadelphia and Chicago also where he's not expected to be doing as much of the heavy lifting. In Florida, he would probably not be that great, like he was in Toronto.

Campbell won't waive his NTC for FLA...

Versteeg, maybe. Tallon will overpay for him
Brouwer could be had, give us Reasoners UFA rights and a 2nd/3rd
Hjammer only if Tallon really overpays.
Bolland? start with Weiss and we all know that this won't happen

This!

Huet maybe

Players i would be interested in are: Weiss, Booth, Santorelli, Garrison and Weaver.

Donīt think Bolland is available, but Brouwer and Hjammer might be.

If Florida was interested in Campbell, and that's a big if, the Hawks could just put Campbell on waivers and Florida could pick him up. Florida would then trade whatever to Chicago for future considerations or a 7th.

I know, but this will not happen in real life. This would be a BS move and punch in the face of Campbell. We are better than that

Carle and Versteeg for Dimitry Kulikov and a 2nd.

Though someone may need to explain to Paul Holmgren what a 2nd is.

Er...I think Florida passes on that one. Big time.

And by pass I mean laugh hysterically and forever block the Flyers from trading with them.
