Boston pretty much won the series against Montreal with an invisible Krejci, so I guess they won't fare much worse with an injured Krejci.

Yeah, just watched some of his stuff on Youtube. Looks like a real POS. Lots of dirty hits, and doesn't appear to be a good fighter either.

Whatever. Chances are slim we see him this series anyways I'd imagine.

Generally that would be the initial thought, except for that a pointless krejci is better than an injured krejci. Why? Because if he's on the ice, players have to take note, he's a great disher and can get shots off too, so if he's not there that line or another is less of a threat and the trickle down effect is no longer there

I like Krejci a lot but i think Chiarelli should look into trading him and grabbing a tougher centerman down the lie, his game is just too slow and soft to be effective for a long cup run IMO and he's going to be a liability

I hope Im wrong

The Bruins have no chance whatsoever if they can't start doing some powerplay scoring. If they can get up to @20% productivity out of it, they'll be ready for anyone.

Bruins need some way to keep Briere in check. He is one of the most difficult forwards to shut down and had six goals in the first round.

I think their other forwards....Giroux, Carter, Richards, Leino etc. are obviously good but Briere is the one that presents the biggest problem.

Nope, it's my fear that Krejci is going to get a playoff ending injury due to his soft and slow style, against the flyers, or some other team.

I hope not, last year Savard came back not 100% but he was there in the series, we lose Krejci now we are toast even if he hasn't been that great so far in these playoffs

I didn't make a prediction last round...not doing it this round.

Not saying they'll win...but I don't expect another epic collapse.

I think it's a really legitamate concern

Krejci tends to get knocked around a lot and that injury last season killed it for us, because even IF we had scraped together one more W against Philly, Montreal would have swept us and at the very least we would have just lost

All i know is he better keep his head on a swivel and Lucic and Horton need to go after anyone targeting him really early to send a message...and hopefully that message works

We're in better shape this year if we were to lose him, but we need everything we got if we have a pray of making it to the finals

You mean he isn't injured already?
