I sat in section 69 and did not renew my seats. Too much money with Jackass still at the helm.

Renewed for the 39th consecutive season, section 405. You think this is bad? I went in the late 50's - early 60's (Actually, this is worse; I was young then and hoped for a better future).

39 years??? that's impressive. did you get one of those longtime tenure jerseys, where they put the number of years you've been a subscriber on the sweater? i'm pretty sure someone got a 50 year jersey last season.

i'm only coming up on my 4th season.

renewed my FLYERS tickets, going on my 8th season as a season ticket holder.
The FLYERS have 2 payment options:
1. 2 payments, july & Aug.
2. 6 monthly installments, july - dec.

I have a playoff credit, so my 1st payment isn't until Oct, and they'll refund my money, if there's a lockout.

interesting...is it the people around you or do you really not think better seats exist than the ones you have now?

I didn't upgrade either (although I have in the past). I can't afford to move down and I'm happy with my seats and the people in my section. Perfection is in the eye of the seatholder.

i guess that's true. although i wasn't suggesting anyone pay more money for "better" seats...i just assumed that most people could probably find better seats in the same price range.

i would be interested in seeing what everyone felt were the best seats in the garden (in their particular price.) maybe in a separate thread.

they are the seats I'm most comfortable in

dad's had them for over 40 years, so I've been sitting there since I was very young

Renewing

Great seats, never give them up. Im a diehard fan and I hate to see the team play poorly, but win or lose, its great to go to a game or Knicks game(season ticket holder to both) with a girl or friend and enjoy. Priceless whether missing the playoffs or not

40 years? That's awesome! What section are you in? When i was little i went with my dad and sat in his company seats...which are definitely out of my price range.

section 415

it's right inbetween the two diehard sections, diehards in this section are in the backrows

don't sweat it, the Rangers have called me twice so far to see if I want to upgrade.. I get the feeling they lost a few of their better seated season ticket holders and want to make up for the $
