Honestly, I could easily see Tampa winning the cup this year if they keep this up. They are ridiculous right now. I don't even think the Canucks could stop them?

Or this is only a one game sample size and/or Tampa is just a better team?

8 straight wins for Tampa. 7 straight playoff road wins.

And to think that all these teams bust their ***** for home ice in the playoffs.

He was owed one because Scott Walker sucker punched him and didn't get suspended.

I'm just idly speculating. I'm not jumping to any conclusions, I'm perfectly aware there is more than 1 game in a 7 game series. I couldn't watch the game so it's all I can do.

I don't think it's unreasonable at all to think Boston could've considered the Flyers series their own little Stanley Cup.

Also, I hope Gags doesn't end up with something tragic happening to him if he came back early.

Krejci and Peverley combine to go 9 for 34 in the face off circle, on home ice.

In Game 3 vs. the Flyers, Krejci was 8 for 8.

What's up with Krejci? is he hurt? He played like such a little pansy out there, he had a couple of scoring chances where he decided to do a freaking toe drag instead of passing it to a wide open Horton.

He was also diving all over the place, really just not one of his strong nights...but then again you could say that about a lot of the Bruins...

Also, Boston will lose this series if they make it a special teams battle, Tampa's special teams are out of this world.

I really like Guy Boucher.

Also, what's up with everyone thinking we're in cap hell or need to shed salary?

I like that Boucher, when asked about the 5-on-3 right at the end of the game, included respect for the opponent as a reason he didn't put out his first unit.

Boston will learn quickly that they wont be able to take stupid penalties against TB. Boston started in with their crap and the Lightning stayed focused and disciplined.
Let Lucic continue to to be a little ****ing **** and TB will make em pay.

I would of done it. Who ****ing cares. Its not like those were ticky tack penalties. they were stupid penalties. I would of sent the 1st unit out there and run it up. Boston doesnt like it to ****ing bad.

I see it more as "hey, free practice for the 2nd unit against BOS PK! And I can make us look great and Boston look bad afterwards!"

Depends which contract. The one he signed in August, or the one he signed in February?

Whichever one where he was making 4 mil-ish. Apparently I watched the wrong SJ games this year.

San Jose took a lot of untimely penalties; their stars kept killing penalties until they got that defensive mind set and were unable to establish a dominant offensive presence and it killed them at the end.

Also, have you guys noticed that the Sharks are one of the worst passing teams ever? Everyone keeps thinking they're turning pucks over or that the Canucks pressure is what caused those turnovers. But really it's just as a team the Sharks don't pass well; nothing is tape to tape, their breakouts are horrible, they keep throwing pucks at their teammates skates, it was really frustrating to watch.
