Your teams biggest offseason needs

Simply, what should your team be looking to add this offseason to improve as a team next year?

For Buffalo, we're in dire need of a center. A 1st line/top 6 center would be really nice, but we need to address our center depth no matter what. We could also use a top 4 D-man.

Nothing really. Small pieces to improve to overall roster.

Goaltending. Elliott and Budaj just aren't starters. Not even good backups.

A scoring (30 goal not 20 goal), top line winger would be a fantastic addition for Boston.

Agreed. A real sniper is needed. Coulda been Kessell but he was lacking in other areas, hence the reason he was traded. Looks like the second half of the season he finally got a clue though. He was much better in the other two zones and showed some grit to boot.

I think a real puck carrying / transition defenseman is needed. I have been severely disappointed with Kaberle.

Someone to take Savard's place. I think Krejci is a 2nd line center trying to fill the 1st line void.

#2 centerman, #2 defenseman, keep most of current core intact: Pitkanen, Jokinen, Cole, possibly Stillman if he'll sign a one year deal.

oh yeah, and a special teams coach. Ronnie's more a front office type then a coach IMO.

The reason Kessel was traded was not because he was lacking in other areas. Its because he wanted 5-6 million and you were offered 2 first round picks for him.

If he was a stronger two-way player he would've gotten the dough....but he wasn't. His offensvie talents are great but while he had a breakout year, (with a healthy Savard feeding him), he was streaky, petulant, lackadaisical in the neutral and defensive zones and hated contact....and didn't show any real inclination to changing....hence the trade.

Getting 2 first rounders was the icing on the cake.

Some forwards to fill out the top 6 in Ottawa would be great but its unlikely Murray will go out and get one since the teams rebuilding. I think the biggest need is a coach who will actually give young players a chance to succeed instead of putting them on a very short leash like Clouston did.

Bruins need a pure goal scorer until Seguin is fully developed.

Isles:

1) Top-4 dman
2) Consistent scoring forward (preferably one that can lineup at wing and center)
3) DP retirement
