Strange. The opening roster report has John Carlson as the only defenseman in the starting line up. That's different.

Atlas thanks for sharing what you saw re: Carlson. I had guessed he was favoring his side on the bench because he was leaning to the side. Damn glad to see him out there.

Ohlund has been a good D guy for a long time. The Caps couldve had him (1994 Draft, I think) but picked Nolan Baumgartner instead. :/
