Florida Panthers = Caps lite. Flash, Theo, now Brads.

Anyway good luck Bradly. Thanks for doing the dirty work. Enjoy no state income tax.

My two favorite brads memories..

1. The pit-was game after cooke had his knee on knee hit against ovechkin bradley just rocked cooke into the boards.

2. Against st louis this year, we were down 1-0 and I think it was strachon bradley fought and brads just rollllled him and we came back and won the game.

I wish we could have kept him he played his role extremely well, and I think we will miss him

Thanks for the gallon of blood spilled to help our team.

We lost the only checking line forward that consistently hits in the playoffs. But he doesnt try to fight in the playoffs, so he lost his ability to change games. He did it in the RS by stunning the other team by sheer blood loss. They would lay off the gas, be horrified, stunned, something. But it worked. Loved the big windmill punch he added to his arsenal this year.

Florida CapHawks.

Miss ya, Brads. Hopefully your blood will still energize the Capitals, even though you're playing for the Panthers. Will fit right in with the whole "Bleed Red" thing going on with Florida fans right now.

so the 2005 "core" team is down to Laich and Ovechkin. Lots of memories from the bad years. I haven't loved a bottom-line guy so much since Rob Zettler

It's sad to see some of the Panthers fans on HF treating him like an AHL signing. Top 6? Of course not, but to suggest he should simply be called up from the minors as needed? Come on.

will miss bradley, no question. racing off the bench to fight ovechkin's fight for him said everything that ever need to be said about this guy.

Good luck Brads! I would also like to thank the Gordon's too. They will both be missed.

I will cheer him next year in the odd occasion that I buy a ticket for a Panthers game.

I do appreciate the years Bradley gave for this team. He always took one for the team when it was needed. Thank you.

Having said all that, sadly, Bradley fills one of those roles the Caps needed to upgrade to possibly take that next step towards making a deep playoff run. Hopefully one of the guys added by GMGM this off season does just that.

Mosdef props to both Bradley and Gordon. Recalling back to when Gordon was drafted. One thing that sticks out to me was that the pundits generally said he would make the nhl and have a career.

Stepping in against Downie was epic, though not as epic as those 2 ridiculous goals in game 5 vs the Rags in 09.

Favorite Bradley memory: Can't remember who we were playing, but the game went to a shootout. After 9 rounds the shootout was tied. Brads jumped over the bench without even being told by BB and scores the game winner like a ****ing boss.

I remember that game was against the Oilers, 12 round shootout ended with a slick backhand move. Gonna miss Brads and his quirky moments

Good luck to Brads! (to the extent his interests and the Caps' interests don't conflict, blah, blah, blah!)

Brouwer will most definitely drop em. More often than Brads did, if I'm not mistaken.
