No idea why Bickel, Dupont were qualified. Mitchell I can live with.

And that is a problem why? There is no reason that a small guy cant play that style. Maybe you would rather they play like Wolski and avoid injury.

Pass. I wouldn't mind him, though. If we're gonna sign any FA's, let it just be Richards.

I'd definitely be interested in him, despite having to look at his pig face all year.

Thing is though I think the Pens let him go because he asked for too much $. He helped carry that team when Sid and Malkin went down and probably got carried away with his asking price.

It's a problem because most of the time, Kennedy doesn't play more than 65 games in a year. I'm not criticizing anything here, I was just making an observation. The guy is a good player that we should be taking a look at.

Tyler Kennedy

is he an option in addition to Richards?

make room for him by parting with Avery and EC.

Solid player

why do people wanna trade Anisimov for Weiss?

1. Anisimov is a cheaper contract
2. He WILL end up putting up more number then Weiss in a few seasons
3. Anisimov will be better then Weiss

I don't get it either. Plus, cap wise we would have some trouble with both Weiss and Richards on the team.

Ani is a much more complete player -- just not going to be a 1st line center and right now is borderline 2nd line center. He should improve though.

That was kinda tongue-in-cheek. I would not deal Arty for Weiss.

Arty for Weiss Florida takes that running. if Sather did that trade he would get laughed at

Weiss is good but a little overpaid.

Wiess is arguably underpaid. 3.25M for a 50+ point, two-way center? Robbery.

Yeah, playing against Jagr 6 times a year, likely on a line with Crosby.

I like Weiss just my preference.

I have nothing against Anisimov. If he builds up his playmaking game, I'd change my mind.

I just like Weiss and think he'd be beneficial beyond Richards. Not to mention his salary is low and he still has potential to improve.

After signing Richards, and all the rfa`s. I would like to explore the option of trading for Havlat. Wolski, Kundratek, 2nd? Doesnt get him but for example.

Dubinsky-Richards-Gaborik
Havlat-Stepan-Callahan
Hagelin/Avery-Anisimov-Zuccarello
Fedotenko-Boyle-Prust

Havlat is the type of skill we should add. Playmaking winger. Might be soft but he`s one of the underrated passers in the game.

I'd like Havlat. I doubt Minnesota would give him up though.

If its for the right price, I would love Kennedy to be on this team.

Havlat would end up injured the majority of the season if he was a Ranger that's just our luck. I do like him though.

Going to hold out hope we offer sheet Stamkos I know it's a one in a million chance but a boy can dream can't he?

Sather doesn't believe in offer sheets. It's not happening.

Just key in on Richards.
