yeah is why i laughed at all the joe haters that called him a chicken for not answering questions after game 4 or game 6 of the anaheim series.

it was the same questions coming at him from the previous games, how do you feel about the loss tonight? what do you think you guys need to fix to win the next game? what do you think went wrong tonight?

my snog: SJ wins 3-2 OT. Pavs, Cooter, The Heater with the OT winner. Jumbo Joe is great again, picks up a PPA on Pavs' goal to boot.

the rabbits snog: 3-2 SJ in OT. Clowe, Seto, Cooter with the OT winner.

GO SHARKS!!!!

Believe.
i'll say the same score and pavs and heatley with the regulation goals and thornton with the overtime winner. (i just want to see what he does this time lol)

recap of shots the last two games:
game 2:

game 3

based on the shots and where the goals come from my personal keys to the game are:

We've got two goals from the point shot center with screens in front - so on the PP look for the man up top and let him get a shot through

we've got two goals from the glove side (right wing shooter) - get to the circle and let em rip

we've got two goals from very close to the blue paint/in the paint - get to the crease and bang in the garbage.

Not a great feeling about this game, but lets just get it done.

note: the white board I use is an olympic (old olympic) size rink, which is why the circles are huge.

so in other words, just shoot the puck and we will score goals? great knowledge there.

Maybe an overtime coming up..? Let's see but it's going to be a close one.

We have much more confidence, energy and drive. It (really) shows on the ice and in everything our players and the wings are doing. Physically our team is stronger and better trained. Glad about that it helps in all those mental issues as well.

Better players and in better shape. This is our series and we shall move on. Feeling real good. We are taking it home. Maybe not tonight, maybe not tomorrow.. but this series is over. It's all over. So we better just start all over again.

Shooting the puck has always been the only key.
I've played hockey myself and it's the only way to score. Just shoot or even just put the puck on net. Anything can happen and no goalie can stop all those pucks...

It's a real simple minded game and the biggest reason teams are winning is: Shooting that puck. Many shots = Could mean many goals. Long shots, near shoot-ins.. everything really. Pucks just go in.

i'm not hating, its just the fact that the sharks have scored from point shots, wing shots, and garbage paint goals. that is basically the entire ice in the offensive zone.

so in other words just put the puck on net in good instances and the puck will go in.

More nervous now than I was for the first game of the series. Weird.

I dont think you were hating, but to clarify (though posted)

point shots from the middle, not sides.
Wing shots from the right side
garbage from the left

those are where they have succeeded in more than one instance. (twice in each)

not the whole ice - specific parts of it.

Oh no no. It's the (whole ice) of course. Tonight it's a whole different game again. We might win with a shot coming from the red line. Or behind the goal. Any shot can win us the series and the cup. Everytime it's like that. So it's important to just move that puck... from every area. It's a real simple game and and we made it like that.

Do you guys and girls have tattoos btw? I got a Sharks tattoo for this playoff run. It's staying forever of course, but us winning the cup and all these series this season.. it's just so much more fun and joy and games
