The Colorado Avalanche are now listening to offers for goalie prospect Calvin Pickard. Looking for a Center or right winger. Willing to package along with John Michael Liles.

Who the frigg traded Shea Weber to the Oilers for Hemsky and the first, what an epic fail move, Weber isn't even Nashvilles best defenceman.

Yes he is and the trade isn't that bad honestly.

It's atleast a year too early for a move like that. The Oilers need that top 6-9 packed snake and deep before bringing in a big fish like that. Bringing in Weber before the top 6 is set costs us perhaps an elite center in NuHo. Why give all these assets away when 12 months from now you could get him or his partner Ryan Suter for free as a UFA. With Weber here it still doesn't address the issue this club has at the center position. Backwards move, much like chasing Vanek and Hossa were.

Because Vanek and Hossa are similar to Shea Weber...

I guess you didn't notice I added two potential #1Cs with size either?

Just putting the finishing touches on a trade that solidifies the Bruins stranglehold on this league.

To the haters, don't discount the effect of chemistry and a solid foundation that's been given a new penthouse suite.

"Oh I've turned my roster over and have all these fancy names?" Pfft last I checked there was only one puck and all those egos wont fit on the same bus.

"We were all talent /w had no heart, now we've gotten a transplant." Call the orthopedic surgeon and schedule some knee replacements, you're gonna need them.

Stand up and we'll knock you down. Stay on the ground and we'll still kick you. Cups ours in '11-'12, 'itches!

Wasn't there someone offering to pick the rest of the draft? We should take him up on it...
