you cant just dump the greatest player in our franchise's history, because he didnt win a Cup. you win with class, and lose with class.

Marleau has been a professional, and handled a lot of unfair criticism. i really don't wanna see it end like that.

fml..are you serious?

i take back what i said earlier about refs not being the reason for the game 6 loss...not to mention they f'd up the call on the empty netter as well.

if thats the case,

game 4 loss - 100% on the refs

game 5 loss - sharks total collapse.

game 6 loss - 50% on the sharks, 50% on the refs...

how lucky can the red wings get?

It's no secret that when you play the Wings, you have to beat the officials too. I really hope fans outside of this series can see the pure garbage that has been present during most of this series when it comes to officials. Not just missed calls, but missed calls (which were blatantly obvious) which directly resulted in game winning goals.

During the handshake, the officials from Game 4 should be present to shake the Sharks' hands from the Detroit line.

Give wellwood more ice time IMO.

He set up a good scoring chance this game with Pavelski, the only one that really pops in my mind.

Can they just start in OT?

Wow that is brutal. That's literally teleporting a player halfway across the ice. The standard is supposedly 10 feet.

Yes, yes, so much yes. People were all questioning why we care so much about game 4 being handed when the wings were still down 3-1. This is why. Handing games with reffing is NEVER EVER EVER okay.

Thats not too many men. Thats the Rover position.

Original 6 teams get grandfathered in on the rule that removed them from hockey.

The Bruins are living it down just fine right now.

100% on the mark with this comment. I've never seen the stars align so perfectly for a team to win the Cup, as they are for the Canucks this playoff season. It is truly a year of magic for that team.

It only took 40 years for them.
I guess the sharks have another 20 years to go?

Vancouver deserves it more than San Jose. Look how mentally incapable this team is...

I didn't want to start another thread. But from a Kings fan; do you guys really believe Patty M will get moved if the Sharks lose game 7?

Or is that just anger talking. (I know some heads will roll, but Patty?).

And where do you ladies and Gents see him going.

BTW the Kings series was awesome, you guys were great to interact with.

Marleau for Doughty (E5).

Versus actually did show it. I don't recall exactly what Olczyk said about it, but I recall seeing that same shot and him pointing out how far Ericsson was from the bench when Kronwall hopped on the ice.

Huh? They had to win in OT in Game 7 after blowing their own 0-3 lead and giving up the tying goal with 30 seconds to go. They took care of their business and deserve to be where they are, now we need to do the same.

no you dump him because his po performances have gotten really bad as of late. in the last oh, 4 or 5 series hes been good for only the disaster against chicago. but this year he's been beyond pathetic. unfair criticism? everything jr has said was 100% spot on. the only thing unfair is that our other players have to play with a 7 mil dollar pylon.

It's just hyperbole. Marleau has been terrible, but he's very much capable of putting game 7 away on his own, if he had his head in it.

The same gets said about Zetterburg an Datsyuk. He's an elite, versatile player, and has every tool in capacity to own a game. He just hasn't... and quite the opposite.

He won't be moved. I promise that.*

*I'm not even a big Marleau fan, just for clarification.

I've mentioned this soooo many times. The RefWings cheat so bad on line changes that it's almost like they have 6 men on the ice whenever needed. They will have 4 pressing,... the puck will bounce out for a Sharks rush and magically they will have 2 back. It happens over and over again, but nobody listens to me

I must have missed it then. I'm surprised they did show it, or even talk about it for that matter.
