Zero chance right now. Actually pretty likely in 12 months if there is an early SJ exit with poor play by Marleau and Campbell hears it because of his number. Don't see either guy waiving right now but its a possibility in a year or two if stuff changes.

Closer Huet gets to being up the more Campbell will be willing to waive to prevent being dumped in the minors which would likely happen the next year.

Thing I was thinking on a thread in our board is that with the cap going up I think Pitkanen might get within a mil or 1.5 of BC's annual cap hit. And I don't know if he is good enough to play up to that salary.

I don't think Campbell will ever get waived by the Hawks. It wouldn't be worth it to bury him in the AHL just to save his cap hit... we would explore throwing in some good pieces to trade him or we'd just continue paying him to play for us.
