Go Tampa. If not Tampa, either of the other two besides San Jose.

Now I definitely have to root for the East. If Tampa doesn't make it I'm going to shoot myself. Hate all the other 3 teams.

3/3 locking threads exactly at 1K

Sharks
Bruins

6 for 6 in picking the West. The other one doesn't matter, you hear that Chris??

Good timing, Lobo.

There have only been three threads on this board that had to be closed due to the post limit being reached.

All three were closed at exactly 1000 responses.

Impressive.

Also, would a Tampa Cup win mean they're not as interested in Richards this offseason?

Or you could look at it, they get to the finals and lose and see Richards being the one piece that they're missing to push em over the top...even with crappy goaltending (though Roloson has been great since they went down 3-1 to the Pens).

Of the remaining teams, only one I want to lose is Boston. Have no preference of the other three who wins the cup.

1. Washington vs 8. New York - Washington in 6
2. Philadelphia vs 7. Buffalo - Philadelphia in 5
3. Boston vs 6. Montreal - Boston in 7
4. Pittsburgh vs 5. Tampa Bay - Tampa Bay in 4

So that's 7/8 of the teams right, and only 1/8 of the amount of games right. Heh.

Round 2:
1) Vancouver vs. 5) Nashville - Nashville in 7
2) San Jose vs. 3) Detroit - Detroit in 6

1) Washington vs. 5) Tampa Bay - Washington in 5
2) Philadelphia vs. 3) Boston - Boston in 7

Only one I'm not sure about is Boston/Philadelphia.
Great, I go from 7/8 to 1/4 for a grand total of 8/12. Then there is 1/12 for the amount of games. Just brutal.

1) Vancouver vs 2) San Jose - Vancouver in 6
3) Boston vs 5) Tampa Bay - Boston in 5

3/4 last round and 11/12 so far, the East being of massive importance.

What the hell is going on.

Brett Clark just rushed coast to coast for a goal.

After watching that game all I can think of is how badly either team is going to get destroyed by whoever comes out of the West.

It's kind of ridiculous how these games have been starting at 5 local time just for the convenience of the East Coast TV audience.

Luongo just passes it right to Thornton who has an empty net... OK.

Maybe we can have a revival of the Schneider controversy for this series.

Linesman incorrectly denies Heatley who would've been in alone.

San Jose can hardly make any passes or plays at this point. It's all just chipping pucks down the ice and battling for real estate.
